  • Pros

  • Follow Up Boss has been great. Sensitive content hidden] has been our account representative and is proactive in meeting with us to tell us what we can be doing better and utilizing at a higher level.
  • The whole team and especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT] have been fabulous to work with. Really appreciate their ongoing training and tutorials, and love having a success manager to help us.
  • I love how it makes contacting my client list almost effortless. Additionally, the fact that it has the ability to record calls and provide transcripts is helpful in updating notes.
  • Cons

  • I have brought issues to their attention sveeral times and they refuse to fix them.
  • That the alerts are not consistent. I will sometimes get communication from a client and it won’t alert me.
  • The cost was my dilemma so newbies and those who aren't quite branded in the field yet might find the expense a bit much.

  • Our experience has been good and we feel that this has made a big difference within our organization for driving safer and just being able to keep track of our vehicles when we need to.
  • I love the ease of use and the ability to set up reports that relate to my business.
  • Their customer service, the products and features and the overall price are great. Honestly after reviewing 3 or 4 competitors this is the best option.

  • It was ultimately not usable because it exposed our company to risks of being unable to meet federal ELD mandates due to its regular failures.
  • Very bad constantly harassing us for money on a contract that has been canceled.
  • I want OUT, but they say I would have to pay them $4,000 to get out of my contract, even though they have broken the contract by giving horrible customer service.
