A lot of the features needed are already in place. There is some level of flexibility in terms of customization.

We are very happy with the software, and can't say enough good things about the team who supports us. The system has made our lean team more efficient and effective in our daily tasks.

I think it's a great pre-planning tool that can benefit our sales organization.

I love the analyzers, our custom dashboards, and the interconnectedness of the system. It is easy to see where you are spending your money.

Some of the reports don't work well, and have to be formatted when exported to excel. Sometimes the reports have wrong information.

I like that the system is fairly easy to navigate and has access to most things all in one place.

Overall it's relatively easy to use. The support team has been great.

The software has been integral to our success and the support througout has been nothing shy of amazing.

The user interface is simple, straight forward and easy to use, as well as teach to new users.

We were able to learn the basics of the system and work within the guidelines to make it work for us. I like that it is adaptable and we can grow further as our business needs change.

Overall experience is a positive one. From learning about the tool and being trained by my Sales Enablement representatives to launching the tool to our sales team it was a great experience.

The support from our broker solution managers is great, they are always willing to help and provide solutions to our problems/questions.

What I most like is that there is a Mobile App and a Desktop function.

The customer service team is the star of show when it comes to CRM - the tool is awesome and works great but the team that supports us [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is next level.

I like that the system is constantly being updated with new features and improvements. I love the import spreadsheets for the invoices, items and pricing.

They are very willing to help us create/enhance tools to ensure our teams are best suited to get the information and tools they need to perform their best.

Can get a little confusing due to the fact that data can get so in depth.

Not one thing comes to mind as a negative part of this software.

Easy to use and navigate; good customer service.

Allows for retrieval of data while on the road. The platform is overall is extremely user friendly and makes inputting info quick and easy.

Sometimes hard to identify where incorrect data is feeding from; different areas compared to GS1 fields.

Some features are a little tricky and it takes a few times to figure out. It doesn't always seem as logical as I'd think it should.

Great hub of customer information that we can parcel through and look for additional opportunities.

I like the ease of viewing or participating in a webinar with numerous other people. Service is always good, easy to interact with others, etc.

This is a very good software for meetings and it is secure  and fast comparing to Zoom and Teams. Their customer support are really great too.

It provide all the features of a program that is used for conducting meetings and webinar and the best thing about using cisco is their security. The video & audio quality is good.

The best in its cataogory, screenshare, call quality, the call recording is perfect, whiteboard notes are a big plus.

If the connection is bad, then you will get crackling videos and audios. That is very challenging when you are on the road.

The thing that i hated using this application that it was taking a hell lot of time to connect. A number of time It stopped showing the picture while someone is representing.

It wasn't and they updated for the same or worst. The product is not user-friendly.

A good tool for professional meetings and screenshares, but not the most cost effective.

It is best secure and convenient platform that provide great user interface and easy options to handle meetings.

Sometimes the connection is terrible and it’s hard to hear people and see them. I sometimes have to revert to calling into the meeting on my phone.

The ability to schedule meetings with remote team members is fantastic. Also, the screenshare option is very helpful at times.

Its free if you use it as a guest or if you want to hold a meeting with small number of attenders, video quality is good, and implemintation of the software is easy.

As a new user, I found it to be safe and quite adept. The quality, even on not the best internet speed, is very good.

This software is perfect for when my sales people hold webinars with prospective clients. The flexibility and functionality is great for what we need it for.

Overall, this program is great to have the tech help without someone needing to come out to our location.

I like its screen sharing feature most, easy to use and good quality sharing, easy to give control to others while screen share.

Being a Cisco product, WebEx also has superb Enterprise integrations which are super handy.

It is not working properly on mobile phones. Sometimes, I have problems with my computer (not with software) and I try to use Webex on my mobile phone.

I dislike the fact that there is no way to create headings or topics for conversations. It is easy to loose conversations because of that.

I had a very positive experience with WebEx. As I mentioned above, the greatest benefit to me and my past employer was revenue and the prospects of more of it.

It was a great experience start to finish. Great customer service and ease of implementing into organization.

I often use this software for community engagement presentations to members of my community as a legal advocate. I highly recommend it so an effective tool for virtual presentations.

This tool, designed for businesses, was not ideal to use from the perspective of a student. It has an odd interface and was constantly running in the background on my phone which was very annoying.

I really liked how you can set up and organize meeting quickly and easily. The quality of the software is very good.

The only problem is the consistent reminder. It becomes irritating after a while.

This software is great and is worth the investment. Especially during the pandemic when we can't have meetings with large numbers of people.

It is super easy to use on my PC or mobile device. There are also tons of interactive tools so that your guests can participate and the layout is easy on the eyes and attractive.

The connection quality is always superb, and it is possible to set up seamless integration with devices in physical meeting rooms.
