Inability to copy posts from various listening streams to advocacy board without first posting from business account. Glitchy time zone settings.

Really good packaging of offerings -- scheduling, analytics, advocacy, campaign management -- all great. Good value for the money.

The service itself is great. Customers can easily schedule posts via ClickDimensions in Dynamics CRM and then view that data either in CRM or for more robust data, in the Oktopost portal.

Although we really didn't have much other choice for platforms, this one works for us pretty well.

Great, affordable social media tool for any size organization.

Their calendar/campaign feature is probably one of my favorite features. It's comprehensive and the color coding makes it super organized.

They have fantastic customer support and I would recommend them to anyone.

Easy to use, customer service, intuitive, saves time, schedule activity, automate daily tasks.

This is actually the only social platform that is out of box integrated with our marketing automation system, but we still find it effective.

It has defitnely improved our social advocacy and performance, we are able to track and measure content effectiveness with a few clicks.

Overall it's ability to keep track of customers and pending invoices was a great benefit.

This was the best move for my company by far. The customer service is great.

They system picks random images and matches them with sentence fragments that make no sense. The tracking is extremely flawed and cannot be confirmed in any way.
