In a past consultancy I worked on for a B2B security equipment distributor, the company was looking to expand sales of its less popular inventory.

It glitches once in a while or it freezes up on me in the middle of my order. I would say that's my only concern, but it's not like my order is completely lost.

After some teething problems working with a local Pepperi integration partner in Sydney, we have now been up and running for over 15 months using the software religiously.

It's an all in one package. I don't want to repeat myself but the integration factor is something that is very important for me and with Pepperi it able to sync very easily.

I also like the ability to take orders offline and then submit them when a connection is available. Pepperi has done a great job of providing tools for the admin to investigate issues.

Most of all, I have really grown love and appreciate the simplicity and sleekness of the software.

Functionality is great, can do lots of things and extract lots of information easy to use, looks great. Customers find it easy to use so enjoy the process.

Customer Support is always great and very responsive. We were working with paper work orders before and it was always a struggle to locate work orders and customer files.

Unable to manipulate within jobs when need be for billing reasons. Reversing bills is extremely difficult.

Having so many options a user could get lost in the system.

The on-site training up to going live was excellent (Rich fit right in here!) with about 6 days of training and 2 more days of him being onsite while we started using the system.

Their response is quick and helpful with friendliness. We have gotten to know some support staff personally and have built friendships due to their genuineness.
