Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Very easy to use and allows me to stay organized

  • It's so easy to use and the pop up items are really convenient.

  • Cons

  • Customer service - our first rep was amazing, but it's gone down hill since then. Their chat feature is very helpful, though!

  • I really don’t have anything other than sometimes it can feel a bit slow but it has never held me up and the mobile app could be made easier to use but it does get the job done.

  • Pros

  • I love the mobile app and computer interface. I like the automatic call log feature it makes it easy to keep and track info in an even more efficient manner.

  • The software is extremely easy to set up, manage and learn. Also the Philosophy of the entire company speaks to me very well. At the same time their service is responsive and fast!

  • Cons

  • There really is nothing not to like about the product. It would be nice if it had more pre-defined integration's with other products, but that will come over time.

  • It is hard to add notes or record follow up notes to a lead. We've been adding them to the lead description, but it would be nice to add notes with a calendar drop down.
