- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
Pros
- The chatbot is code free so it's very easy to use without prior knowledge of code. The customer support is also very good and helpful.
- I love having my freedom to not having to deal with a receptionist anymore. Every call is answered and my clients loves the texting service.
Cons
- The first stages of set up and use can be slightly frustrating, however as the system learns more about our business these troubles subside.
- The texts can be a little confusing for clients they think it’s the actual manager or technician texting them.
