- Easy to use and great combination using Linkedin to target your Ideal Client Profile for account based sales.
- I would say the biggest strength to seamless is going to be the speed at which you could build list off of LinkedIn. The tool is super fast, and that's a huge help when you're scraping big list.
Cons
- Unfortunately, the salesperson lied to us about the features of the platform.
- If you fail to inform them, they auto-renew you on another annual term. Poor Support Services during COVID, our business went out of business and continued to charged the credit card on file.
Pros
- Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.
- Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.
Cons
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
