Ie - tenant inquires about multiple properties, but then is marked dead for one building and marked touring on another building.

I like that it is easy to input information and run reports. Bulk editing is the best part.

I like the ease of use of tracking our tenant leads, in conjunction with the app, I use it every day in my brokerage business.

VTS is a great product that helps me in what I do every day.

Sometimes it is difficult to include all specifics of a deal. For example when doing a renewal and expansion it is difficult to delineate and compare the deals in one proposal.

It's easy to navigate the software and customer service has been good.

Your support team made it easy for us to update them all. I sent the stacking plans over to the support group and they uploaded them for us.

It allows Asset Managers, Property Managers, and Accountants to review lease updates, add estimated leasing costs, forecast properly, and keep open communication between all employees.

I like the ability to set reminders. I like the ability to log information and categorize businesses and deals.

Overall it was positive. We successfully leased up a Class A medical office building while using it.

They are open to, and encourage, our input. The constant drive to improve and to be on the cutting edge of CRE technology is an important feature for us, and separates VTS from the pack.

The program is very user friendly. I like they it can send you notifications.

I find the feature where a proposal, LOI, floor plan and construction pricing can be uploaded to be very valuable for my owner when doing deals.

One downside is the limited mobile functionality, only able to read 2 comments/posts per account.

All this plus Analytics & Reporting helps in understanding the market, execute timely action, finalize sales decisions and achieve corporate objectives exceeding budgeted targets.

Timing of reports and having up-to-date information about leasing. Time kills deals and VTS has allowed us to reduce this risk.

The software helps track deals and keep up on top of where we are with each one. Its helpful to get reminders about following up on inquires.
