Great product!

PROS

It is very easy to use and set up your own campaigns. The performance reporting is thoroughly explained and easy to understand.

Extole Equates to Excellence

They are an outstanding software provider. I can't compliment them enough and most times am in shock of how they were able to help us launch in one day! The experience didn't end after launching, Extole provides you with a Client Services Manager that will work with you to continuously optimize your program. You are never left feeling abandoned after launch. Which happens many times after a product launch with the vendor. I can't say enough wonderful things about Extole and their team.

PROS

We desperately needed a tool to assist in the automation of our referral program. Extole's platform did exactly that and more! Included with the program are Design & Strategy services, Launch Services, Creative Services and continued reporting, analysis and optimization. What has been an priceless is the addition of a client services manager. She's amazing and continues to deliver what was promised.

CONS

The dashboard could be more intuitive but it is easy to learn with your CSM's assistance.

Decent gift card management software

We use Extole to distribute gift cards to various parties. While it is easy to send them, sometimes reporting can be a bit tedious and less than accurate. If we were to scale and send more gift cards, I would look for a more robust program.

Amazing Account Support

Our account managers at Extole have been some of the best folks I've worked with. They are incredible responsive and thorough. The follow-ups and check-ins have been so instrumental in supporting our business.

PROS

Extole is such an easy way to enhance our customer engagement and increase site traffic. We've participated in their refer-a-friend program for years and they are always quick to point out ways to tweak and augment what is already a great offering.

CONS

Even when I have a hard time finding rewards for our customers who participate, our rep always helps us get the information we need.

Amazing CSM!

PROS

I have only been using extole for almost a year after being transferred and I worked with two amazing CSMs who have been helping me navigate around and share insights regarding our program. They are very responsive and really helpful even on short notice/ urgent changes!

CONS

there is none for me except the timezone difference, but other than that, everything is running smoothly.

We love Extole's Refer-A-Friend program.

Extole has made it really easy for our customers to refer their friends and get rewarded at the same time.

PROS

Extole helped us set up a professional refer-a-friend program in just a few days. Their customer service and tech team are first-class. We love how their support team continues to suggest ways to improve conversions and they have been willing to A/B test new ideas to make sure we are going with the best option. Their refer-a-friend program is completely seamless and it requires very little effort to run after the initial setup is complete.

CONS

We wish we would have signed up with them years ago.

Extole is Exceptional

Our experience with Extole has been incredible. We always receive the support we need (and beyond), which facilitates things for us. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is the best and has so many insights/ideas that align with our marketing strategies and tactics. The onboarding experience along with the cutover to our new website both went smoothly, so thank you to Extole for being a wonderful partner and helping us meet our sales/business goals!

I love how easy it is to run reports/analytics and track how the tool is performing, especially with rewards for both Advocates and Referrals.

CONS

I wish, as users, we had more control of changing images/assets or updating copy but this is very minor

Extole is an amazing product!

PROS

Extole's customer service and account management are second to none. The product interface is user friendly and digestible. It's made my job of managing the referral programs at Ancestry so much easier. I couldn't be happier with the product, ROI, and efficiency of both the Extole team and the product.

A Great Partner and Technology

PROS

- Overall implementation of the technology was very intuitive and easily accomplished using a tag management system - Strong out of the box features to support all of your referral marketing needs - Support team is second to none. Undeniable experts of their product and champions of our business. Answers to any and all of our questions have been an email or phone call away. The team has been able to creatively solution the technology to fit our business as we evolve.

CONS

Reporting options had a little bit of a learning curve compared to our previous solution.

Friendly & Capable Refer-A-Friend Technology

We are using Extole to run our Refer-A-Friend program. It's been very easy to set up, use, optimize, and grow the program.

Great flexibility with offerings for our refer-a-friend program, quick and friendly customer support, and a dedicated account manager all make this software stand out!

CONS

There's definitely a learning curve when learning the interface and reporting features!

Extole is a best class business in achieving personalized and scaled Marketing campaigns. Their ability to solution for new and unique initiatives allows us to strengthen our Referral & Loyalty marketing initiatives beyond our four walls. Their technology assists us in quick turnaround in build and execution of large marketing experience & communication journeys.

PROS

Professional, knowledgeable and dedicated Account Managers. Their dedication to keeping consistent communication and resources to the shared initiative has been paramount in successfully launching campaigns. Software is easily customizable to meet campaign needs. User friendly to allow transparent result readout.

CONS

I do not feel that the Extole software is lacking in any particular manner.

Fantastic patience working with our procurement, legal, and IT security to get the paper signed. Fantastic support to implement the product between multiple cross functional teams. Fantastic insights to help improve the results.

PROS

"set it and forget it"..."well thought out business rules prevents the customer gaming the system"...great technical and business support.

CONS

Needed a couple of rounds to understand the reporting and segmentation, but in the end was able to create a report that aligned to the way we look and evaluate at our business.

Best in class referral program platform

We work in a highly regulated industry that makes referral programs difficult from a legal and compliance perspective. Extole worked with us to tailor a program to our specific needs and has been committed to our success. I highly recommend Extole.

Extole as a great partner to speed up launching referral marketing

Extole is a great partner in helping us to launch referral marketing on a global scale.

PROS

1. the platform, which allows you to continuously make updates to the visuals & copy 2. the dashboard & data which give you real time insights into how your project is doing 3. the Extole team, which is very helpful, knowledgeable and proactive

CONS

As there is no integration yet with our CRM systems, some tasks that we need to do know are redundant. But after the full integration this will change.

PROS

Extole has really dialed in the end-to-end journey for referrals, reward fulfillment, and client support. The people I've worked with at Extole have all been first rate professionals.

CONS

Some of the reporting is a little tricky to navigate, but it does surface a TON of data.

Great customer support, easy to manage day-to-day

Our CSM [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is awesome. She is always looking for ways to improve our program and has been incredible to work with. She is always going the extra mile for us and makes us feel like valued partners.

PROS

Generally easy to update and refresh your assets. Really useful to see the funnels and visualizations as charts.

CONS

I think setting up an A/B test could be easier and being able to preview your assets on mobile is super important. I haven't found a good way to preview on my phone, knowing that 70% of our clients are on mobile, this experience is most important to us.

An Excellent Product

I think Extole is an excellent platform that provides a much needed solution for Referral capabilities. The folks running the show are knowledgeable, professional and amicable. Even with the amount of customization that we have within our website architecture, Extole provided prompt communication and worked with us to find an appropriate solution. 5 Stars.

Great people, great product, great service

Sensational. I'm not sure if I have ever worked with a more dedicated, driven, 'get stuff done' team before my experience with you all but from the beginning I have been so thoroughly impressed. I have talked up Extole to many colleagues and am so excited to continue to work with you all on new projects.

I love its ease of use and how simple really it was to get it set up with our organization.

As of yet I do not have any cons, but as time goes on I may find things that could be better optimized but cannot comment on this yet.

Difficult launch, easy to maintain

PROS

The team that helps manage the campaigns has come to us with new ideas and ways to improve our business. I feel confident that they are focused on our success. One of our brands has far exceeded expectations and driven incremental revenue with new buyers.

CONS

Integration was a huge headache and extremely frustrating. Implementation team should be more organized and provide clear, concise information to clients on how to set up. The information we received was in a slideshow format with arrows and notes all over the page. It was near impossible to follow. We had to create our own documentation and creative spec sheets to share with internal teams.

Refer a Friend

So far, so good. We've seen program growth above our ROAS goals. I think there's a lot more functionality our team can unlock once we've got more time and data under our belts.

PROS

It's helping drive incremental revenue to our affiliate program. I believe it's also helping raise brand awareness, whether a friend makes a purchase or not. The UI is easy to use.

CONS

The setup. It was pretty messy to get creative and flow organized to help communicate to my designers and copy team. You can also only have one campaign running at any given time.
