Simple Web Chat And Review Platform
We love Broadly, it's a great web chat and review platform for small businesses.
PROSVery affordable way to introduce web chat, therefore getting more leads. Also a great way to ask for reviews via email or text.
CONSYou cannot build advanced conversation bots using their web chat, it's just a simple response and then manual follow up.

Game changer for todays business
Overall I love the program and what it does for us. The technical side needs to improve.

CONSTechnical issues and bugs. Inconsistency especially on the mobile app. Always requires updates and doesn’t always work properly. Very finicky and frustrating

Broadly review
Broadly is very simple to use. It's quick to onboard and easy to bring on new locations.
CONSIt lacks in some small ways that are very important. After someone leaves a review it continues to ask for a review however, it doesn't explain that it is for another platform.

Overall its pretty good. Its nice to have a spot where we can see all the reviews in one place.
PROSI personally really enjoy the SMS feature, so that the guests are easily available to respond without needing to go back , on the internet browser.
CONSI think the response time could be a little better, Also fixing the bugs that occur when sending the automatic messages, some of them are sent waay later then they should be or not at all in some instances.

This is the second Pluming company that I work for and I will always recommend Broadly to everyone.
They are very good on what they do and have people working for them that care that you are happy. The price for everything that they offer is amazing
PROSThe support team is great. Is very easy to use and affordable.
CONSThe only thing that I could say it was at the beginning it was hard to get connected so we can get started but after we got our Rep we are in contact every time we need her.

Could not run our business without it
Anytime we have had to contact Broadly support we have had only good experience.
PROSAllowing clients to contact us outside of business hours, sending photos, and asking for reviews are features we use 24/7/365.
CONSI wish the auto reply message could be customized with our info.

Communications with Clients
I appreciate being able to direct clients immediately while I am on the phone with them.
CONSIt would be to have a way within Broadly to set up a standard set of messages to compose and select because it is a mistake to send a link without any guidance. It takes time to compose messages for each client.I really, really need a way to have my Broadly messages use MY phone number so legal questions from my clients after a review aren't stuck in Broadly. Every link I send through Broadly comes with my follow-up message thanking them for reviewing me. But I must also state on every one that the number the link comes from is not my cell for future questions. Basically, I'd like to control what number appears with the initial Broadly request for review.(I don't need a $10 gift card. Thank you, though.)

Great Tool For Reviews
So far we have had a great experience! We had a minor issue with integration but Broadly was on top of getting a resolution and made sure to keep up with it till everything was fully resolved!
PROSI love that it filters out positive and negative reviews from our consumers allowing us to hopefully make a turn around with any negative feedback we may get prior to being posted on a social platform.

Great Product and Service
We have been using Broadly and we love the way we get our office reviews. It is simple, clear and is well set up. Our patients get the requests and a few reminders (the perfect amount not to few and not to many) and we gain insight into how we are doing. I also love the fact that we can get reviews on several platforms.
CONSWhat we like least is the fact that it is only for reviews. It is not a reminder system for the patients that they have upcoming appointments. It also would be nice if it would integrate to Eaglesoft and let the patient schedule their appointments on our open spaces.

We chose both but Lighthouse has the additional features that you don't.

Broadly has removed "Dealing with Bad Reviews" from my Task List
In the pet industry, reputation management is crucial. Getting the wagging tails on record is important, and with Broadly--it's easy!
PROSBroadly easily integrated with our other platforms, allowing for a seamless request of reviews from ALL customers. The happy customers far outweigh the sad, so now our reviews have a more accurate representation of our customer experience.
CONSWe weren't sure if it was going to work well at the beginning!
Reasons for switching to Broadly
Signpost was not getting the results, because it was not integrating with our up-to-date customer list.

Good service for less than the other Big Box Brands
Cost effective and performs just as good as the other more expensive review services we used to use 4 years ago.
PROSNotifies us immediately upon a review posting on social media platforms or google. We are able to respond effectively and mitigate any damage to our reputation or publicly thank our customers.
CONSThe customers have the option to ONLY give us a thumbs up. Professionally speaking, customers breeze by this when looking for a contractor, and only read full reviews of our services.

Highly Recommend Broadly
I am fairly new with my company and we are beginning to learn all the ins and outs of the software now that we have a designated office staff to maintain the traffic we have on Broadly. It was very easy to learn my way around the app and start using the app. I would recommend it to other businesses looking to streamline their client communication and reviews. It has also helped us boost our Google reviews.
PROSVery easy to learn and use. Customer service is exceptional and prompt!
CONSKind of pricey but that is our fault, we don't use it for payment processing. We mainly use it for customer communication and reviews so we are not using it to its full potential. I do not like that you can't mark a conversation as read and it disappear out of the inbox. This would be more of an email type setup. This I believe would be less overwhelming to the eyes when you first open the app and see all the messages just hanging out there.
