Corelation: Simple & great tool for retention

My overall experience with Corelation is great. They listen to us when we come with feedback and their team is fast to adapt. In the past 8 years as an agency owners I have tested many systems, but Corelation is the one where I get most value for a super fair price.

PROS

I like that Corelation is so simple to use and not complex at akk. We just needed a system to make surveys for our clients each month, so we could gather feedback and increase our performance and retention. Corelation helpst us with that.

CONS

I was aware of Corelation being a very young start-up, so ofc. some personalization features was missing, but it's more than fine.

Reasons for switching to Corelation

If I should have a bigger plan at Delighted it was extremely expensive compared to my needs.

Great system to maintain a good relationship with your customer.

Great! it give us an insight that we did not have before. Even though they are newly started company I think the system would be a strong part on retaining a good relation to our clients and to support our employees.

PROS

I think it is a great system that not only focus on the client but also our employees. When people do respond to the survey it gives a great insight on how the relation between us and the client is.

CONS

The customization. It could be nice to be more flexible within some of the features. Example: The interval of sending a survey. Integrations: We use many systems to track different parametres and targets. It could be nice if it was possible to integrate with Plecto for example.

Reasons for switching to Corelation

Delighted was a free tool with no flexibility and automation.

Correlation helping with customer retention

PROS

Ease of use, customer service and time to setup and get started. Also, it's great with the monthly report being issued automatically.

CONS

Currently english is not supported, which I would love.
