The best way to track employee engagement with text and email

Very responsive to feedback and great customer support.

PROS

eNPS.co is unique in that they offer both email and SMS text employee net promoter score surveys. Others like Delighted and Culture Amp require an email address and for employees to log in. The ease of sending surveys that don't require logins or email addresses is very cool. I also appreciate that eNPS is focused on one thing only, eNPS surveys, and doesn't have feature overload like the other tools out there.

CONS

There are some quirks about the software that the team is addressing. It's not clear, for example, what happens to a survey if a recipient has both an email address and a cell phone number. It appears to be random which method they'll use for sending. It's also not easy for recipients to opt out of receiving surveys. eNPS can be a persistent in getting people to respond, but on the other hand, the automatic reminders are nice!

Overall, It is good enough. It gets the job done.

PROS

The overall functionality of it. With us all working from home, it really helps Working in group like settings.

CONS

Some of the search tools on it aren’t great. When you are searching for archive stories sometimes it’s not very specific.

Helpful if your team is engaged

PROS

It was very easy to setup the cadence of when we needed it to go out.

CONS

The numbers don't give real depth of understanding if people don't fill in and explain their rating. Also, the analytics graphic isn't always accurate and best if downloaded.

Easy to use and solves the core problem

PROS

Capturing employee NPS definitely helps in improving our overall organisation hierarchy and structure. It's super simple to upload the audience and capture the feedback anonymously. I believe it encourages the employees also to provide honest review and feedback.

CONS

Nothing so far. Everything is quite good, but if I start getting a chart of how my organisation eNPS score compares with some of the world top companies, it would be great. It's more of a feature improvement or suggestion.
