The software is extremely unreliable, half of the time you get server errors or the whole platform is down. There is also very little customization built into the platform.

I enjoy HUG quite a lot. I think it leads by example and is easy to use.

The current library features are clunky and slightly difficult to use.

You really have to learn the back end of higher logic to make changes which can be very confusing.

I love how easily configurable this platform is and how extensively I am able to customize our brand through customization.

We chose to integrate directly using  activity sync and I am excited to see how these two products are able to work in tandem to drive behaviors and engagement.

They went above and beyond to understand our needs and help us develop the platform that worked for us. I would highly recommend Higher Logic an their team.

The lack of knowledge base will leave you cobbling together different features to try and create one.

I truly enjoy it and hope that our users expound upon it and that it becomes a huge part of our member value and communication strategy.

Launching online communities through Higher Logic has been a great decision for our organization. It has allowed our members big and small to engage with their peers.

The addition of the HL community has  been a great service and value to our members. Pros definitely outweigh the cons.

A rapidly evolving, platform. IVend incorporates POS, Mobile POS, e-Commerce, Digital Passes, Analytics, Loyalty and Loyalty Marketing.

The software is lightweight and easy to use. The vendor is trusted and reliable vendor and the rate of customer caring is superb.

I can't write any Pros because the most important for ERP soultion to be work well but ivend not. Even they dont response after they sell their product.

We have problem after problem implementing this software. Up to losing functionality of changing tax codes by start date and end date... ridiciulous issues.

User friendly interface is the most important thing in ivend retail software.

It kept having code issues for our database. Latest SAP said their code was causing a problem with SAP basic functionality and they said they would charge us to fix it.

Easy to use, fills our needs perfectly, and it is the best option you can take.

We are very pleased with the level of customer service. Their knowledge portal has hundreds of training videos, how-to guides, etc.

I would definitely recommend this product because it incorporates the logistics of a retail solution in a simple easy=to-use format. That it integrates with multiple large providers is another plus.

We are happy to have the right technology solutions in place to support our growth.

Never would have implemented this with the consultant hours that we had to pay to even get this going.

Nice solution for retailers to help them in the increase their sales by omnichannel strategy.

The product family is quite complete. Loyalty scheme, digital loyalty card (plus digital  voucher and gift card), mobile POS, and e-commerce.

And check price device so hard. They don't response to their email.

Add-on development is still difficult. New version sometimes buggy.

In the retail market ivend retail is the best option because the design and display is awesome. Ivend is easily useable.

The system is very advanced and well suited for fast growing retailers who need deep functionalities and integrated systems. As we grow, we keep adding advanced modules to suit our business.
