I scrapped the entire concept of mobile agents down to the shockingly bad Live Agent Phone apps.

It is a great software but cumbersome and slow for me. I do not find it super intuitive to be honest.

Its feature set is quite good with good technical ability to answer questions.

Pricing is great and scales very well as of right now being a solo developer and also looks great when looking to scale to a few more agents.

Great product, highly intuitive ticketing and ticket management system. Very easy to setup and work with.

The customer support team for LiveAgent has been excellent, helping work through our needs and how LiveAgent can meet those. The application has helped us improve our management support items.

It allows us to easily chat with website visitors and convert them into leads. The ability to read transcripts helps us better understand our customer needs.

Poor statistics and reporting functionality. No grading of rights making it difficult to distribute partial admin rights.

The only complaint I have is that when I connect my gmail account to the software it automatically marks my email as read. Very annoying when you're on the go.

The tracking allows to not only ensure that we help our customers but also it allows us to review their history to understand how to help them better (i.e. are they a tech novice or pro?).

LiveAgent also supports email forwarding as  well as mapping out the customer behavior before them joining you. This helps you anticipate their queries and help quicker.

I like that it is real-time and that we can talk to our customers quickly. It is nice that they can see us typing and that we can see them.

Excellent product with wonderful support that streamlines and enhances the customer experience.

I mainly miss the possibility to search for e-mails by e-mail address, because without this option, working with LiveAgent is very complicated. Then the communication is very confused.

LA is the third company what we have testes in last 6 years and looks like is the best for us.

Needed to vonnect several email adresses with each other,log in was sometimes confusing.

The UI is not up to date. The user interface is boring.

We had trouble when we had to switch to an incorporated company Stripe Account and couldn't combine the data.

We use this software to track our growth, revenue, churn, customer activity, and so much more. Additionally, their anti-churn tools help us battle delinquent churn successfully.

Found them on the Stripe marketplace when looking for analytics software to better understand retention. Very impressed with the product and ease of use.

It gives me an overview of most interesting saas metrics. I use it along with other analytics tool, but what I like about PW is the ability to set targets and get everyone informed about the progress.

Also, a huge shout out to the owner for putting together a product that works seamlessly with payment gateways and subscription solutions.

This app integrated simply with Stripe and immediately showed me data points like MRR and churn. It's a simple app that gives me the answers I need so I can get back to work.

Porfirwell provide us the numbers we need with ease. It is totally free and the support is great.

It integrates with stripe and provides a lot of data, like renewals, lifetime value, retantion and churn rate, cash flow and more.

Overall, ProfitWell is incredibly powerful, feature rich, and once properly setup -- gives excellent insights into our financial progress, account value, churn rate, and more.

Some metrics are not easy to understand, and I've some troubles understanding how refunds are calculated.

The free platform is quite robust and their pricing for the add-on features is smart and reasonable.

It's a great tool for any kind of business in order to have a clear view of their customers payments.

Our favorite thing, of course, is that ProfitWell is FREE. Excellent financial reporting and trend tracking software without any cost.

If we're being picky, when you email their team, they take some time to respond back or sometimes there is no response at all.

The retention cohort that Profitwell is able to produce gives a brilliant picture of the state of the business. It provides amazing feedback to every single team - CS, Marketing, Support and Product.
