There were slight difficulties and interferences with the internal network DNS, but that is about it.

Internal DNS can get confused at times, trying to look up internal servers on the internet instead.

Easy to use, high protection, fast and good support.

Easy to buy and install, easy to set up and requires minimal service.

It's a bit difficult to manage and perform manual scans. Removing/deleting quarantined files requres direct access to the device.

Two times i had missing feature and in a very short time Heimdal has integrated it in the product.

IPS and DOS devices are missing (like Mcafee, Arbor). Vpn device entegrastions are also missing.

Indeni' comes with great customer support and simple user-interface. Very easy to setup because it doesn't require higher system requirements.

This product is quite amazing in the information it can discover and alert on. It finds issues typical SNMP based solutions don't find.
