A fantastic product that greatly improves our existing HR processes. From purchase, through setup and finally deployment the support was excellent.

Sometimes chat can seem impersonal when an article is dumped in the conversation after having spent a little while writing a problem up. No customer feedback for layout/build as of yet.

Reports sometimes a little confusing and limited, perhaps add the element of pie charts. Org chart not very flexible.

As a SaaS, the value for money is great. The team were very helpful in getting the software set up and it supports most aspects of the business that we run.

The integrated chat is extremely useful, with very competent people answering all your questions with great detail and in a short time.

People is great and have really taken on board my suggestions - one of which was about improving the logbook user experience.

It is useful for maintaining mailing lists and grouping people, but I don't think it is always reliable. It could be more useful.

On the face of it this looks like great software but unless you are more bespoke trained in the software I doubt you will get the value you can from it.

It is user friendly, the support is first class, and amendments are regular and helpful. The user requests for changes are brilliant and often result in smoother experience for users and admin alike.

The system is very easy to use, it has great functionality and is really cost effective. The add on of the expense module is also great.

I like being able to keep track of contacts for people and putting them into groups for various mailing lists.

Customer service is generally intercom, intercom chat bot and links to articles so a bit hit and miss.

Recording annual leave when an employee is off sick.

No integration with  online calendar providers (O365, GSuite) -  i would expect this type of product to feature automatic calendar updates once leave is requested/approved.

Holidays and absence can be approved or declined without having to log which is a nice touch. Support is always available to help and staff are very friendly.

This means self service has to be disabled and renders the product almost useless. Very unsettling that a company would just role these features out without thinking through the consequences.

Good for small, single office companies where everything is open.

The ATS part of the system has been excellent. Great service and a great price.

The product is very easy to navigate, it looks nice, it's user friendly and employees like it. There are many great features to the product that have made our lives as HR professionals very easy.

Easy to set new people up and save important company HR documents. The support team are really great too and always try to come up with good solutions.

I most like the ease of use and basic functionality.

Easy to use, easy to set up. Fine for a company which wants unbridled access for all staff, but serious concerns around internal company privacy and security with some of the new features.

The features are very good - wide range and very good value for money.

This is an excellent, all-in-one-place, HR package for a small company. It has restrictions, but on the whole it's easy to use with good support both in on-line guides and the support team.

The customer support is for the most part great and they do get back to you when you have a problem within an hour.

Sometimes when there are releases other things get messed up on the software. Sometimes there is alot of down time.

The customer service is excellent. Queries are dealt with quickly and satisfactorily, which is important with an evolving product like this which is constantly in improving development.

It is very easy and effective. The staff are very helpful and are quick to answer any questions you have.

Integration with Sage has been great and saved time in terms of duplicating information.

This apps helps my company to keep track of holidays and overtime. As well as making our life easier when we have expenses for the company.

At the moment I had a really good experience with this application.

The UI is simple and straightforward in some areas, but feels a little awkward in others.

I'm a user, and we use to keep track of campaigns for clients. It's very easy to use, and Google Sheets is know by everybody and their dog.

Ease of use, works fairly fast, does expected job.

Setting timely triggers is a bit of a struggle.

KPIBees helps me go around that in an convenient matter.

I like that I was able to talk to a real person when I need product support and that the user interface is so intuitive that my whole team can use it without much training.

Before I found out about KPI Bees, I was spending a good 4 - 8 hours transferring and configuring data from various sources in order to determine the progress of my websites.

KPIBees great for exporting huge xml files to google sheets.

I had fields with a lot of caracteres, sometimes this is a problem, so, if can possible, my suggestion is: review this point (sometimes we need datas with more than usualy caracteres).

I am using KPI Bees for weekly and monthly reporting and their Google Analytics and Google Ads integrations are loading fast and without errors.

I like that I can integrate my database to my Google Sheets and I can customize the data by inserting the SQL query itself in the complement.

Too good to work and display many information.

My experience is pretty good, it solves the main problem I had when I deployed it and customer support is very good.

I'd also like to mention I am a complete novice when it comes to extracting information etc, so with KPI Bees easy interface and instructions, it was a cinch to set up.

KPI Bees saves me time which makes me money and I have had an overall great experience with the tool.

There are too many connectors missing today to be able to do a 100% reporting process. I am thinking in particular of all the data from social networks.

I have been using it for about 3 months and what I really like is fast loading, and cool functions called duplicate queries. It saved me a lot of time to set it up.

It has not been too long using this, so I do not have a feature I don't like yet.

Had a slight issue, which however was not caused by KPIBees. Looked in the help center but also contacted the customer service via chat.
