Easy to set up, customer service efficient and very useful software for the price.

Very often the correct name  on the invoice is not correct, even though typed and not handwritten. A lot of times i have to contact the chat line as the system seems to stop running.

This results in invoices getting stuck until the service is refreshed, however as long as it's used constantly this can be avoided.

Slight wrinkle in system when we tried to import a bank statement last week, but no other negative feedback so far.

Easy to use so I can delegate lower level staff to do all my scanning of receipts for review.

Very easy to use, and as anything when starting out you may have questions. The customer service team is very good and answered any questions I had very quickly.

The functionality of the app is very limited - there is no editing or leaving notes, it is simply view and publish.

Webhooks are good, bcoz we can use it with any integration platforms like pabbly connect, make, zapier.

If you use Zapier, Integromat, Integrately, Konnectzit, Pably Connect, SyncSpider and often need to parse incoming emails and PDF attachments, Parsio is really what you need.

For example, I had an HTML table in my receipt and when a second row was added in a newer receipt, the parsing failed.

I like the simple interface, pricing is good compared to others and the text extract is accurate.

In terms of performance and price. However, I think they should seriously work on some plugin for Office 365/Gmail that allows scanning without having to forward to the application.

Parsio API and UI are very intuitive and easy to use. All of its functionality is useful.

Like I said, it is easy to set up basic email parsing and you get more than sufficient help for setting up more difficult one.

I've tried many integrations in the past, but parsio has some of the best integrations. I really enjoy using it as a tool to extract data from emails.

When a template is created and works, life get's a whole lot easier. Integrates with Webhooks, Zapier and Google Sheets.
