  • Pros

  • Setting new events is easy and the software is very intuitive. The real-time debugger view is super helpful during software development.
  • The ability to insert third-party snippets on our site through Segment. The pricing structure of charging by usage rather than by seat, making it easy to increase adoption across the org.
  • Cons

  • And setting up things might be a bit tricky if you’re a newcomer in the world of analytics/JavaScript.
  • The pricing model (MTUs) when you have a lot of anonymous users can be a problem.

  • The product can be integrated with Office 365 and it's easily customizable (company logo, authentication, etc.).
  • One Trust is a very safe and reliable platform to store and regulate GDPR information.
  • Cons

  • It's very simple with very less features. The other tools in the market have more tools for risk and compliance and audit tasks.
  • It is a hard work to integrate Onetrust with other systems and it is also difficult to perform tasks such as cookies scanning and the translations of the tenent is not automatic.
