I would say based on all the Practice Management applications I have demoed/used, Sensei Cloud is the most visually appealing. The user-interface is great.

Customer service with Live chat. Ease of patient intake and scheduling.

I have a mutiny on my hands and have never seen a new piece of software, equipment, etc destroy moral as fast as Sensei has and they spent a month online practicing.

I enjoyed the cloud based experience and ease of accessibility from any platform and location, as well as the user friendly scheduling, treatment planning and payment features.

The customer service is second to none. The Sensei Team really has been paramount to making our experience thus far a success.

Sensei Cloud, Practice Manager, and Patient Forms should be one product (a one stop shop). Sensei Cloud is expensive compared to other PMS, which do offer a one stop shop option for less money.

Ease of scheduling, it is really easy to schedule a patient and give accurate amounts.

Bulk EFTs: large EFTs never work and we have to enter as individual payments, which makes for the monthy GRT calculations very difficult.

It’s really easy to switch between my practices and view imaging so I can pretty much work I don’t have to pay for extra licenses and user names.

Not knowing what they all mean or which is which. Pt due/Ins Due/total due does not always reflect correct amounts resulting in 3 different amounts and confusion on the financial page.

Easy to learn and manage. A great way to build a business ready for scale.

My experience has been great so far. Customer service is very prompt at addressing my issues.

The software is very easy to use. Everything that I need is built in and I can use it from any computer.

Charting seems to be fairly easy with this system and that it is cloud based is a plus.

I have worked on numerous Dental systems (at other practices) and Sensei is far the worst. Some of the simplest things take forever for a programmer to fix.

A lot of the features are disguised by icons that don't make sense. This sometimes makes it hard when I'm in a pinch to schedule someone.

Eagle soft is pricey but is is awesome and worth the money.

My favorite dental software is eaglesoft because of the ease of use, the dental chart is very straight forward, and it is easy to communicate back and forth with the front desk/other clinicians.

The problem with this is that this doesn't happen all the time. Odd, can a fix help with this.

It DOES NOT WORTH IT for the money , and 10 years of disaster with this software.

Good- I am always happy to temp in an office that has eagle soft.

Sometimes it shuts itself down or kicks me out of my application for “an illegal operation” however I did no such thing.

Very easy to use and figure out all the possibilities with reports and features. Also very easy to connect with customer support or easily google question to figure out a fix.

Eaglesoft desperately needs a new web-based UI. The 32 bit UI in 2018 is difficult, and subscribes to a user mode that is quickly becoming out dated.

Plays well with other software companies that can be integrated into the system to make other aspects simplified. We integrated Solution Reach, it was seamless).

I like that this software is relatively easy to use, if I find myself in a situation that I cannot fix their customer service is easy to reach.

Front office and administration and clinical staff alike can all navigate the platform and use the features to their advantage.

The customer service, support, and live help features are outstanding - the staff are friendly, very knowledgeable, willing to work with you and very effective at solving problems.

It is very easy to use, if you have used any dental practice management software you will pretty much know how to use this. Went from Dentrix to this and picked it up quickly.

At times the ledger can be difficult to understand. Need to be able to input more detailed insurance coverage; such as downgrades, age limits,  waiting periods, missing tooth clause.

Eaglesoft has a lot of features and capabilities; it is great to have them all in the same system and able to be easily integrated with other applications we use.

Having to go to the home screen for navigation is inconvenient.

I love their chart compared to other sorftware.

In the beginning the software is hard to understand. Some things are placed in odd spots.

Patterson Dental’s Eaglesoft software is a Meaningful Use and ONC-ATCB certified on-premise dental office practice management system. Designed for dental practitioners and dental healthcare providers of all sizes, it includes features including clinical charting, patient scheduling, imaging, billing/accounting applications and periodontal templates.

Eaglesoft’s patient scheduling application gives dental practice employees the ability to block off different segments of time, from five to 60 minutes, depending on the necessary length of the appointment. Double booked appointments are displayed side-by-side so they can be identified before a problem arises.

The treatment planning module lets dental professionals present a custom treatment plan to each patient and collect consent forms containing patient details. It also provides financial information so patients can make an informed decision based on dental insurance coverage estimates. All information can be stored in the system using clinical notes and images, and patients have access to their patient record using the self service patient portal.

The Patterson Eaglesoft solution also includes a document manager, SmartDoc, which enables users to store and manage documents that have been imported from paper charting systems. Easglesoft integrates with various third party softwareand hardware components including various intraoral camera solutions, digital imaging software, digital x-ray tools, practice management software and more.
