It was difficult to understand how to use and the requirements to get it to work to meet our needs.

We use several of their products. The customer support has always been great.

The PLB segments or pass thru's are difficult to decipher with the power reader.

It was so wonderful that I had to get it installed when I changed companies/positions. I love being able to change the formats of my files and change what columns that I want to see for each file.

We enjoy the reader across the revenue offices primarily for its ease of use and functional simplicity in managing the multiple HIPAA transactions. For the users it is efficient and easy to utilize.

When I know we are sending a clean claim out this generates quick turnaround for payments. This has saves us time and money.

It is easy to use, easy to understand and navigate through.

The customer service with the program is amazing as all I have to do is email and I almost always get an immediate response.

I like that I can use it to help check eligibility for multiple clients all at once, especially with multiple locations.

As an Administrator, the ability to quickly install and train our users are important. It is very user friendly and the filters provide many ways to quickly retrieve the data you are looking for.

I love the simplicity of this program. The export feature is really helpful when working with others.

The segment list with the field name and corresponding loop and segment is in an order that make it hard to find where a field was mapped from.

EDI Power reader is easy to use and understand for a beginner like myself.

I hated everything about this software. It was so difficult to use and lacked functionality and looked like it was from the 80's.

The ease of use, export of the files we need, and the opportunities to utilize the data we pull through the reader are the reasons I love the EDI Power Reader. I couldn't do my job without it.

I liked that it could give us information in a human readable format and provide eligibility info.

The only problem is that some time I experience some difficulties using this and i dont know why and i have to ask my IT guy to come and take a look at it.

It is a great software for me to use and ensure all my claims were processed and sent.

You have to go into the details report to see the rest of the denial data and some insurance companies have issues with the EOB's we send them stating they are missing required data because of this.

Ease of use and clarity of output are the two best pros for this software.

What I liked the most was how easy it is to set up and get going It has a great UI that's extremely easy to use daily. Automations make daily life easier and rate preview is a godsend.

The fact that it integrates with almost every platform - and even if it doesn't you can custom code your own store with their open API. Really, a fantastic piece of work.

It is perfect for a one-person business like myself and it removes a lot of manual work for me. I love it.

On and off randomly it will not print the shipping labels, but will purchase the shipping. No way to communicate with a live support person, all through back and forth useless robotic email and chat.

Even if you just shipped it that day. Packing slips are awful too.

Easy integration with the website, woo commerce,  nice discounts on UPS, better than what we can get as a company.

It provides the ability to print of all your shipping labels, branded with your company logo. As a Software Developer, I am impressed.

Setup is very quick and customer support via chat has been very responsive in my experience.

Also, the UPS damage claim process must go through Shipstation and it can be very frustrating.

Connect it to your UPS, FedEx, or any other major parcel carrier and your shipping troubles are over. Creating shipments, printing labels, tracking and even business reporting are all in one program.

This is really a frustrating distraction, although it could have been worse - not being notified when we made sales.

Shipstation was easy to implement and is easy to use, whether you have standard products or custom products. It's user friendly and cost effective.

What I love most about ShipStation is it's extremely low prices for what you get, and also how easy it is to use.

I was very impressed from day 1 and continue to grow in my appreciation. With features like adding logos to waybills and multiple warehouses, it is truly an amazing app.

Great experience overall, and it would be the first platform I'd recommend to someone looking for a shipping software.

ShipStation has been a great improvement over what I was using before. It's just as clean and easy to use, but also provides a lot of physical efficiencies for my business.
