It allows us to fill all of the needs of our customers in a very fast efficient and productive manor. As a wholesale produce company in the Pittsburgh market we deal with a very diverse customer base. Produce Pro allows us to meet the special requests from all of our customers to make Consumers a vendor they want to return to time and time again. In 2004 I joined the Consumers team as the IT Director. The company had already been using the software for a number of years at that point. I found the training staff of Produce Pro made it very easy for me to learn the software and provided all the resources that I required to educate myself at my own pace. This allowed me to build the skills to help support the organization and help it to grow in how the software package was integrated into our business. The flexibility of the software to conform quickly and easily to our business needs makes it a leader in our industry. You will not ever hear "I am sorry we can't do that in our software" from them. They strive to always find a way to fill those needs. When implementing any upgrade or major change to our software the Produce Pro team has always taken a hands-on approach. Either remotely or on site at our facility they make sure to be in constant contact with us to ensure the transition is smooth and easy.
