  • Pros

  • The system is user friendly with a dedicated accounts manager always available to deal with any queries. We strongly recommend it to other practices.
  • Very user friendly and the the technical support is very good and quick.
  • Very quick and responsive. Legl integration is awesome for sending clients a link to pay a bill safely and securely within minutes.
  • Cons

  • Unable to unlink from a case without linking to another case. Heading in E-chits will show a case even when the transaction has no link to the case.
  • At the moment, whether it’s my lack of experience, the lack of user friendliness of the system or a combination of both, I do not feel that Quill is suiting my business.
  • The fields can be limited and not always relevant to the case.

  • The client portal is great for sharing documents and more secure than email. I have not utilized it as much as I could for workflows/deadlines, but we are constantly improving on that.
  • It organizes my clients, tracks hours, prepares invoices and has a client portal for accepting payments. Comfortable and pleasant to use as possible and just as quick and reliable as desktop software.
  • The people are great at customer service, I have had great experiences with Leslie Skelly, Drew, and Cat Allday. I like the Reports function and would like to see more Report options.
  • Cons

  • Worst experience with a service provider ever.
  • Inability to get rid of button that the client clicks to pay with a credit card.
  • I'm having some trouble with the two way calendar integration.
