Any niggles have been addressed quickly. I can’t think of any serious cons to using the app other than my near-total reliance on it.

When I first signed up to total drive in 2019 there were teething problems, although they were dealt with quickly. I have had any problems in a long time though.

I pay for something which doesn't save me much time. I prefer my pupils to pay by bank transfer.

I love the pupil progress record and the reflective log. The lesson reminder system is great.

It’s a great two way app as the clients app is just as good. The Developers are incredibly approachable and any technical queries or ideas are responded to swiftly, no fuss no hassle.

The whole system provides everything both the instructors and pupils need. It’s easy to use and has so many additional benefits rolled into a very reasonable monthly fee.

It allows me to keep track of everything to do with my business from mileage to expenses and pupils progress. Pupils love being able to monitor their own progress too and show relatives.

As an ADI I can’t recommend this app enough. My clients love it, they can instantly see their progress plus loads of other features for the pupil.

My overall experience is that the app is first class. The fact that it can be tailored to suit the way that you teach makes it amazing.

Love the day to day ease of accounting and invoicing abilities. Easy use for vendor/tutor activites and invoicing.

No integration with Quickbooks, which is a major pain when managing accounting.

It is a great help in organising the management of a tutorial agency. The customer service is superb - the team are always very helpful and polite.

The accounting side is excellent and the integration with Xero, Stripe, GoCardless and Telleroo works very well.

I don't use it to track tutor pay because our Australian casual employment pay rates are too difficult to implement. I simply export tutor hours and manually enter into Xero's payroll.

Apart from the two improvements I wrote about, I love TutorCruncher and I think you did a great job at building it.

Tutorcruncher can be occasionally difficult to use, with some unfortunate design flaws. One issue I had was with the labelling tutors option.

Supportive team to help you set up. The video tutorials help when first starting and the email and invoicing and scheduling are great.

The support team is always available and very responsive. And for the price, TutorCruncher is an amazing investment.

Both the functions for creating, and removing labels en masse are frustrating to use.
