- I really like how intuitive and straight forward it is. With very little training, my team was able to get up and running very quickly in a time crunch.
- It's great to have everything under one roof. Since we joined it looks like they've spent a great effort on fixing small bugs and now they're starting to add new features.
Cons
- We had an on-boarding period that was long and painful. It was long because there was endless customization required.
- The glitches tend to slow down operation which at times becomes frustrating. But the team rectifies the situation very quickly.
Pros
- My special appreciation to [SENSITIVE CONTENT], who has been assisting us so much, always promptly and in a professional manner.
- It saves me a ton of time and the fact SellerChamps uploads all product images as well is a huge help. The customer service is outstanding.
Cons
- The only negative thing I find is when scanning and submitting the items right to Amazon the number of shipments created can be very high.
- I had to shut down all 10,000 listings and start over. Customer service was no help in finding the problem.
