  • Pros

  • Easy to use and great combination using Linkedin to target your Ideal Client Profile for account based sales.
  • I would say the biggest strength to seamless is going to be the speed at which you could build list off of LinkedIn. The tool is super fast, and that's a huge help when you're scraping big list.
  • Cons

  • Unfortunately, the salesperson lied to us about the features of the platform.
  • If you fail to inform them, they auto-renew you on another annual term. Poor Support Services during COVID, our business went out of business and continued to charged the credit card on file.

  • The initial setup was a little time consuming, but once everything was uploaded, all of our information is there and readily available. The assets are very easy to access.
  • I love how Tenna works overall and I love being able to track my equipment, inventory, and tools in one place with a lot of the data easy to get too.
  • Cons

  • Hard to incorporate two steps for work orders; Not as easy to write maintenance records without having to create a work order first.
  • Inability to sort the display to show the equipment in numerical order on I Phones.
