When you bundle multiple docs for signing they don't stay bundled when you download or print them the are downloaded as separate docs so you then have to combine them again. - I did struggle a bit at first, as some of the setup options were unclear and I wasn’t always sure how my choices would affect the final document. When I realized I had made mistakes, I had to start over. - They are attached, but it just doesn't show it. When you 'Duplicate' a row, it would be nice if the copy lined up vertically with the previous, rather than offset. While waiting on the hierarchy of my organization to approve my license for Acrobat Pro, I did a search for applications that did not have the usual limitations of a number of signers, more than 1 document per month, on the free account. DigiSigner was the ticket! With its free account, I had up to 3 documents per month with unlimited signatures. The main thing I enjoy about DigiSigner is that the complimentary account allows for a few signatures (3) without having to pay a subscription. That is very generous and really helpful for small businesses like myself. The interface is also intuitive and easier to navigate than the other app. I just upload my docs, indicate sign areas and recipients and off I go. I then get notified as soon as signatures are done, and I can organize my documents efficiently. I have not had a chance to ask for customer support because usage is really simple. #### Cons Nothing yet. It's very straightforward. Other apps charge a robotic monthly fee which I have to pay even if I have no signatures or need for the services. DigiSigner does not. #### Reasons for choosing DigiSigner Acrobat was even more expensive than Docusign. But given PDF is the common document format, it makes sense for Adobe to have it. The ability to produce and continue to use a template makes creating contracts for multiple clients easy. They are automatically stored in their own section when signed. #### Cons I found the introduction zoom inconvenient. The only times available for a live zoom meeting was 1am-8am in 30 minute increments meaning i had to get up very early to make it to the meeting.
