If I had known earlier, how easy the app is to handle and how much we benefit from an improved business process, I would have installed the app first! We sign 8-12 consumer contracts per day. Our clientele ist 74 on average. ZOHO sign has improved our business process measurably. A) before we mailed contracts by post. Long delays closing the deal, postage costs, not all documents were signed by consumer, if an error in the document, it took long before process was completed. This changed almost instantly with the introduction of Zoho Sign. It is easy to handle in our back office and very easy for our clients. Most contracts are signed on a mobile device by now.
