The step up for when you're getting serious
I've worked with Hubspot as an individual, with a large multi-national company and a medium-sized non-profit. I would say that most solopreneurs should probably stick with MailChimp or MailPoet. When you have a good budget for marketing, definitely consider a move to HubSpot. I've also used Pardot by SalesForce and it's very comparable. I believe Hubspot is easier in the beginning than Pardot, while Pardot has better connectivity to outside systems (like SalesForce, of course).
PROSHubspot is amazing, with great tools for list building, segmentation and email marketing. The process for building emails is easy and enjoyable and the workflow automation is a breeze. I've used MailChimp and Pardot and Hubspot is very different from either of those. Hubspot is for the company that's ready to up their marketing game to the next level while still being simple enough that your team can be onboarded and working quickly.
CONSI'm not really a fan of the blog and landing page functionality and i really think you should do those on your own website and then tie them into Hubspot, which is fairly simple to do. Also, when you get into "Deals" and integrating sales and reporting from other systems, the simplicity goes out the window. It can still be done, but it's not as easy as the email marketing functionality. Also, Hubspot has its own language and terminology, so it can be a bit confusing until you get used to it.
Reason for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub
In both cases where i was involved in the choice, it primarily came down to budget. The first instance, Pardot wasn't as built out as it is now (that was a few years ago and my memory might be fuzzy) but they are definitely a viable option now.

With HubSpot Marketing Hub, we intelligently manage our data, helping us focus on generating leads.
It is a very complete platform, which has tools for traffic analysis, analysis of campaigns, and events related to the flow of generating new customers. It keeps all the members of the organization informed about the incorporation of sales strategies and makes the processes that each department manages stop being isolated, making all of us go in the same direction.
PROSWe can efficiently manage our leads and understand their behaviors as well as their expectations, individually or in a segmented way. Apply sorting and ranking functions to prospects using different filter criteria such as geographic location, organization size, number of interactions, and more. In addition, we can apply filters to create personalized views of our entire database of business leads.
CONSThrough this platform, we can keep senior management informed about our sales management related to leads, in addition to providing all members of our team with a summary of the progress we have made, the new strategies to use, and obtain their feedback. comments and opinions. On the other hand, we can automate emails and notifications of visits to keep our team up-to-date with everything and in general show timely monitoring for decision-making.

Effective Marketing Automation with HubSpot Marketing Hub: A Comprehensive Review
I found HubSpot Marketing Hub to be an extremely helpful tool for my business. What I liked most about it was its comprehensive marketing automation capabilities, which allowed me to streamline my marketing efforts and save time. One of the features I particularly appreciated was the ability to create automated email campaigns with ease. I was able to set up targeted emails to go out to specific segments of my audience based on their behavior and preferences, which helped me to improve engagement and drive conversions.Additionally, HubSpot's analytics and reporting tools gave me valuable insights into how my marketing campaigns were performing, so I could make data-driven decisions and optimize my strategy for better results.Overall, I found HubSpot Marketing Hub to be a powerful and user-friendly platform that helped me to improve my marketing effectiveness and grow my business.
CONSone thing that I didn't like about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the pricing. While the platform offers a wide range of features and tools to help businesses automate their marketing efforts, the cost can be quite steep for small businesses or startups on a tight budget. The pricing plans can quickly add up, especially if you need to add additional users or upgrade to access more advanced features.Additionally, while the platform is robust, it can also be overwhelming at first. The interface can be a bit complicated and it may take some time to fully understand how to use all of the features and tools effectively. This learning curve can be frustrating for users who are looking for a more user-friendly marketing automation solution.

HubSpot: An Ecommerce Dumpster Fire And Living Nightmare
Having talked with nearly all of HubSpot's Product Managers, we've found that the brokenness of their platform is not unknown. In fact, it appears to be a common issue amongst many other businesses which they are "in the process of fixing". Maybe in a year or 2 this platform will be the cream of the crop, but as it stands we can't even tell how much revenue any of our emails are making. The level to which HubSpot is missing the basics of ecommerce is inconceivable and, to say the very least, shows a systemic problem with their organization. We should not have been sold this platform and yet here we are: floating down the river Styx without even knowing it. All ecommerce platforms MUST avoid signing any contract with HubSpot.
PROSAside from our incredible account representative, there is not a single aspect of HubSpot which has benefited our ecommerce business. In fact, we have spent nearly 12 months having to deal with broken transactional messages, false sends, false reporting statistics, and an entirely broken emailing platform altogether. It has put our company though serious financial pains and has not proved its worth. As it currently stands, no ecommerce business should ever sign up with HubSpot.
CONSHubSpot, through its archaic systems, broken ecommerce bridge, and shoddy reporting tools, has single-handedly brought our marketing efforts to its knees. For nearly 12 months we have sent out broken transactional messages, been unable to track our email revenue, pour in countless hours of unnecessary developer work, and watch our revenue decline all because we chose to trust this platform. Genuinely nothing works for ecommerce. Aside from hand-coding messages like its 1999, we can't even put products in our emails. Product data itself exists in HubSpot, however, no customer has access to it. The platform is broken.
Reason for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub
Their sales team convinced us they had all the capabilities of Klavio and then some. However, after nearly 12 months of putting out fires on the daily, we found out that the HubSpot development team sees Klavio as the "gold standard" of ecommerce email platforms. We were sold a bouquet of roses with thorns so big that they've ruptured every aspect of our business' profitability.
Reasons for switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub
Bronto handled ecommerce very well, however, their platform began to show its age and decided we needed to switch to a platform that could help our business grow exponentially. We unfortunately made the wrong choice.

HubSpot Marketing Hub a good Marketing Tool
Using Marketing Hub's Ads tool, I can link all of my social media accounts together, consolidate all of my advertising channels into one place, and keep all of my data in sync. What's more, the platform helps marketing professionals adopt a customer-centric perspective, as we can see how our customers see us in real time.
PROSI like HubSpot because of its user-friendly interface and the many ways in which it helps my company. For example, it simplifies email and social media marketing and gives me a breakdown of how many customers I've gained or lost thanks to each channel. The Marketing Core facilitates the development of traffic generation and conversion strategies.
CONSI think HubSpot is missing some important social media features. In particular, a meeting link page can't have a custom thumbnail added, so it won't look right when displayed on LinkedIn.There is not a lot of room for personalization in email templates; the quality of landing pages is quite low; the quality of templates is poor; and basic web metrics are poor. It's difficult to distribute templates to others, and there are many HubSpot interface issues that need fixing.

Central to content marketing efforts
Since Huubspot has a broad range of features it allows us to integrate everything together to reduce any errors or data inconsistencies. Everything around emails & workflows as well as form management is great and is easily integrated with Salesforce and Webflow.
CONSThe biggest problems I see with Hubspot is the clunkiness with all dashboards and data visualizations. There is limited functionality and setting us a dashboard is unnecessarily confusing. Secondly, their social media scheduling tool is just okay. When we were using this feature set we saw some technical bugs and just moved to another tool.

Your team's hubspot marketing web has become crucial. communicate with various audiences
For our team, Marketing Hub's partitioning feature is the most beneficial. We required a system that could isolate marketing operations like contacts, assets, and teams because ten internal organizations and over 24 different countries were using the same HubSpot account. We can achieve that easily with the help of Marketing Hub, where each group logs in with a different experience. They don't have to be concerned about seeing resources that don't relate to their goals. The partitioning was largely handled by parent and child teams.
CONSA cap on dashboards and the reports inside of them is one element that, in my opinion, is more of a frustration than a drawback. Just 50 dashboards are allowed with Marketing Hub Enterprise. To stay under this cap in our current instance, we had to merge and delete dashboards and reports. It isn't Marketing Hub Enterprise's most scalable feature.

Robust and Affordable
I’m SO glad I listened to my implementation team. I’ve tried several other platforms that were at least 3x as expensive for less functionality. Since moving to Hubspot, we simplified our tech stack which helped us save money and make money without all the fuss that other apps created. It’s a must have for small businesses that don’t mind spending the time to implement the RIGHT tool.
PROSHubspot is the all in one marketing and CRM solution I didn’t know my company needed. Though it’s not necessarily intuitive at first, the learning curve led to a major payoff quickly now that we have our website, lead magnets and funnels all set up it’s a magical suite of simply integrated functions that make life so much easier.
CONSUnfortunately Some of the website and landing page templates lack creativity and can be a bit buggy. It’s also sometimes difficult to remember where certain functions live but the integration with other apps and seamless connections within the portal make up for the 5 seconds of confusion.
Reason for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub
Pricing and ease of use were top factors
Reasons for switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub
Click funnels was too expensive and did not integrate easily with other apps in our tech stack.

Beware of the Ad Spending Limit
I signed up for another year to get access to Microsoft Ads control (supposed to be in BETA.)
PROSWhen enabled, it is easy to review the overall advertising performed in Google, LinkedIn and Facebook. Basically an All-In-One platform to create content, share content and see who interacts with the media.
CONSRecently learned about a $10,000 limit per month on advertising. Normally do not spend this much monthly, but I was on Holiday. Going on my 11th day without using the ADS feature. (It stopped allowing maintenance of the ads through the easy to use control panel for ads because I went 465 dollars over the limit in December.)
Reason for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub
Tried Salesforce a few years ago, and the learning curve was much too high.
Reasons for switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub
The first year I was able to basically get a price match, but that was taken away recently.

Well rounded and easy to use
HubSpot Marketing Hub is intuitive. Ease of use is one of the primary reasons to consider HubSpot. It's easy to set up, configure and integrate with other applications. I do like that I can train others to use it across sales and marketing and empower them to take on responsibilities rather than having to ask me to set up or execute specific tasks in the tool.
CONSABM abilities are limited but they are working on added capabilties fairly regularly. There are better solutions for ABM in the marketplace for sure, but I would like to use one tool for B2B marketing automation if possible.
Reason for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub
We had several internal users test all tools in consideration and aligned on the idea of usability would enable the team to move quickly and distribute the workload. HubSpot was also able to meet out budget parameters with first year discounts.
Reasons for switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub
HubSpot was easier to use than Pardot and had a few additional features that we wanted. One of those was the ability to customize email and landing page templates and then use those over and over, or importing HTML templates for use.

CRM Powerhouse
I've been using Hubspot Marketing Hub for over a year now across multiple businesses of all shapes and sizes. What they all value is the advanced automation. Having an all-in-one website and CRM platform integrated with their social media, blog, sales pipeline etc, etc... All of their contacts are in one place with extensive information on their interactions with the brand - what content they are actively engaged with. It's truly valuable for medium to large businesses looking to utilise data and automation in their business.
PROSExcellent CRM for sales and automation. Innovative workflow triggers allow for nearly any automation solution you can think of. Assigning tasks to sales team members, automatically moving deals to different stages of the pipeline, automating emails and communications. Hubspot is an advanced and genuinely useful software for marketers in particular.
CONSConsidering these advanced features, it can be quite expensive. So it's not for every business.
Reason for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub
Hubspot is technically more advanced, offers more features and a holistic marketing package in comparison to Salesforce or Campaign Monitor. The advanced automation tools alone make it the better choice in my opinion and I have used them all.
Reasons for switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub
Having tried Campaign Monitor and Salesforce in the past, neither programs have the level of detail when it comes to sales automation, SEO or contact management. They excel in other areas, but are inferior products from a technical perspective.

Your CRM for long
We've been using this system for 2+ years now, and it has proven itself very useful in increasing the number of RFP received for groups and meetings. The marketing features, such Forms and Emailing is efficient and easy to use. The back office might be sometimes a bit complexe when you are looking for specific information (many sub-option hidden if primary option), but their customer service is amazing, quick and responsive so I've never had to search for hours when I needed an information. Overall experience very satisfying, we would recommand using Hubspot.
PROS-Easy to use -Does not require a lot of training -Customization available -Various reports -Track individual pipeline, performance and upcoming/previous sale actions -Marketing features
CONS-Not fully oriented for hospitality company (e.g. for pipeline amount, etc.). -Some information are repetitive between Company level and Customer level. -It would be interesting profiles could be sync together (changing company status doesn't impact customer status), so there is a minimum of manual operation to do. -Not compatible with Hotel PMS.
Reason for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub
Emailing feature, easy to segment, able to create workflows and A/B testing for lesser expensive (better ROAS).
