The drag & drop email creation templates are so easy to use and allows us to embed our themes and create emails easily and dynamically.

We really like that we were able to figure out a way to bring over our existing sending IPs and Domains with their quality reputations and that we did not have to warm new IPs or use shared IPs.

Good software overall with room  for improvement.

Just add Zapier to their integration deck which will allow users to integrate to hundreds of web applications.

I would like an option where only unique email address, as opposed to every failure, was downloaded. They can be quite large.

Unfortunately,  there was a delegation/subdomain issue that prevented our links from working.

IPost has been an amazing partner. The migration from our old ESP was seamless.

They ROCKED IT! iPost also did a great job with deliverability and actually improved over our prior vendor.

However, as we continue to grow and look toward the future, it's unsure that iPost will be able to keep up with our needs.

Mailings are quick, stylistically superior and effective at reaching my target audience.

The IMM platform is easy to use and the reporting is very helpful in understanding delivery statics and retargeting.

There are some limitations with iPost & some things are tough to understand (journeys in particular), but overall it's good value for the money and the customer service is excellent.

The system feels a bit clunky at times and often runs very slow. Creating reports within the Email Ticket is incredibly frustrating.

They provide a solid platform and have A+ customer service. They respond quickly and help fix any issues that come up.

You write your own SQL queries to manage lists. Their API is EXTREMELY well-documented and easy to integrate.

Open/click data lags about 12-24 hours behind. If you need to leverage that data more quickly, you're SOL.

While it was disappointing to not be able to use the software as intended, the support staff was pretty responsive and did their best to help resolve the issue.

I love the ability to pull reports for campaign review.

As a non-technical user, I don't use the platform from that perspective. As a user, I would say some of the opt-out, spam report or undeliverable download reports are trick to use.

I can quickly set up and deploy a message and get to my audience with great ease and also have a treasure trove of useful data.

The iterable really helps me in attracting more and more customers through email marketing.

The behavioral based segmentation features are very powerful and put a lot of power from the engineering/analytics teams into the marketing team.

Only complaint with iterable is you do not have the ability to recall a send. Wish the emails went out a bit slower in case of emergency... or at least wish you had the option to slow down send times.

Problems with adding new users to lists and with clients that are less digital-savy to navigate the backend on their own.

The thing that frustrates my team the most with Iterable is the lack of consistency between functionality.

It's rare that a software company like Iterable has such helpful customer support.

Their API goes down occasionally. Usually not to a significant determinant, and they give us fair warning each time, but it can be annoying.

Flexibility with any type of desired build out, always improving their product.

Automatic blame deflection of any issues we've raised, canned responses and total failure to meet promised value.

Very easy to use and able to integrate with many other programs.

The workflow tool is also really powerful for building automatic campaigns that continually perform well.

I love how easy it is to upload lists and the workflow area is super intuitive.

I've had all my service requests'even ones submitted late on a Friday or Saturday night'promptly addressed. I feel like its a real partnership, which is a great feeling.

Reporting and Analytics is lagging. Checking workflows is too difficult.

I like the great customer success team and always helping us. Finally, the upper management and when in need being available to get in discussion with any further needs we might have.

Overall we've had a very positive experience with Iterable that has given me autonomy over email marketing and have had not to rely too much on developers to help me achieve my email marketing goals.

As an add on, sms platform, it is somewhat limited as base customer database format still requires every user to have an email address.

I like that it's incredibly easy to use. As opposed to a software like salesforce thats much less user friendly, iterable is super simple, but still lots of features.

Overall it is a very good product with good support and with a good product road map it can be top of its class.
