There is absolutely nothing intuitive about using this product. The bot helped me organize it up with the live chat. Took care of Buisness in about 10 minutes. I’m ready to go now. Haven’t sent out my first mailer yet, but I really like these guys and get a good feeling for them. #### Cons It’s always sticky setting up a large file but I got through it and live chat was excellent.
