- The vast feature set is the best part of this software. The granularity in the amount of information you can capture is impressive.
- Technical support is fantastic when an issue does arise.
Cons
- Completely derails the the program when a system update takes place. So, when you have multiple computers that need to get reconfigured after an update, it's extremely difficult to make that happen.
- The subscription model was added after we purchased a licensed version. It created a lot of frustration in our IT department.
Pros
- Very freah and new quick and easy my whole team was very excited and loved it as welll we are looking foward to continue using it.
- For small businesses this provides a stable and easy to use solution. It has a broad overview of features, better than some paid alternatives.
Cons
- The only disadvantage i could think of is that the user interface could be little more user-friendly.
- The once things that I dislike the most is the delay in responses from Customer Support. There are many times where I have had to send multiple emails and days will go by before a response is given.
