Appreciated the ease of use and the quick start up time and quick responses from the support team. Use on both Macs and PCs was much easier than other systems.

I was using an old Windows Update Server (WSUS) which in itself was a pain, but that only updates windows. Automox updates windows plus all of my other software that I have installed.

The tool was great at first but when we tried to patch devices we kept having errors. The help desk takes weeks to respond and they can't seem to get issues resolved.

Support has been excelent, the one time I needed to contact them (which was due to my lack on knowledge rather than an actual issue.).

Still growing integrations with other popular MDMs and management tools. 3rd party native app patching is a growing list.

Policies did not seem to apply correctly. Still requires WSUS( or risk using online windows updates which kill bandwidth).

Any new start up would be crazy not to give this tool a look. Any IT shop that is cross-platform should give them a try too.

It doesn't slow my computer like norton did,  and it is great in realtime protection.

Its a very good, smart solution, easy to use and no complicated, no need complex architecture to use and to be secure.

The interface was very difficult to navigate through. Deployment of agents was not the easiest and clients always reported that they were missing scans even when powered on 24/7.

Friendly for personal and straightforward functionality, it is a great malware and antivirus app. Also it runs a quick scan if you connect a flash drive to your pc, which is a great feature.

Bid defender is a great anti-virus program that doesn't overly bog down your PC, like many other programs do.

It detects viruses and gives you options to treat them. You benefit from a coverage of 3 computers with a single price.

It's been nothing but sunshine and lollipops with Bitdefender. Truly, it is comforting to know that my devices are protected from hacks, malware and ransom.

Bitdefender is sometimes suspicious with files that may be necessary for usage in your PC and may sometimes block them which may be very frustrating.

For MSPs, the reporting is poor. Alerting on problems is very bad, there is no instant notification of discovered malware, just a daily report.

It is super, fast, does its job very well, light program, recommend it.

In our experience, the bitdefender solution works quickly and reliably. Furthermore, the very competent support can be mentioned.

We haven't had any issues with our devices and Bitdefender has done a great job of protecting them.

Great comprehensive security suite for the price.

I got a free version of it and have used it in with mobile and desktop version. The detectability is good and I find it quite fast than the older version I used with an improved detection rate.
