It provides a small firm the opportunity to have access to a powerful and sophisticated software that would otherwise not be accessible.

I am writing the rest of this to fulfill the minimum text requirement.

While customer support may be overseas, it has ALWAYS been prompt and gotten the issue resolved.

Quick, reliable, and very responsive if an issue or question arrises. Casefox team is always improving the product.

The billing is incredibly easy and again is connected to my LawPay account so I don’t have to go to multiple places when billing or confirming payments.

The software is easy to use, inexpensive and the customer service is outstanding.

Overall, a good and affordable solution for legal services billing. Easy to use and produces many useful reports including reports that can be imported into Quick books.

This makes it difficult for me to use the software for invoicing as I cannot present reports or invoices in English in my country.

My overall experience with CaseFox has been great, it filled a gap in my practice software needs perfectly and now makes me look 100x more professional when dealing with complex cases.

Great tools for time keeping and invoicing. Batch invoicing is a great time saving feature to manage invoices in a short time.

Pros:  Great customer service, great price for online billing software which is a plus for a small firm, great that you can access your time and billing from a browser.

Again, a great service at a really good price. It doesn't take too long to get the hang of it.

Interface is bit complex and difficult to understand. Its difficult to search for any features unless you go through the documentation and explore every feature of software.

Sometimes its difficult to transfer billing entry from one case to another.casefox user interface design can be more beatiful.

I was surprised and happy to discover that CF is just as good and better in some aspects than other products I’ve used, for half the price.

We have used software far more expensive for case management, which did not have the ease of use and functionality of Casefox. The support is excellent when we have had a problem.

CaseFox provides all of the features I would expect in any case management/billing software, only with an amazing price structure that won't be found anywhere else.

Pay plus service combined with law pay makes the process between casefox and lawpay unclear.

The linkages within the software allow it to play well in the office tools environment. Integrations to MSOffice, Quickbooks and Dropbox are well accepted.

I use mostly PCs, so this is rarely an issue, but it seemed to stop tracking if the computer would go to sleep (ex: while on a call).

The ContractPodAI has been really helpful to our organization, and it has done a great job of helping us meet our goals.

Template generation project was a real winner for the team, we were able to template approx. 15 documents over the period of 2-3 months.

The system can get set up very fast and customised to your needs. This was key for our legal department because now it fits our purposes and it feels like our software.

Originally we chose the system to solve the issue of storing and managing contracts, and it has proven to be as a great choice for that.

At the beginning, we had very poor customer service from a project manager - emails were unanswered and amendments to our template agreements were not actioned.

Additionally, the platform provides real-time tracking of key metrics, making it easy to monitor the progress of your legal operations.

Initially we were disappointed with the DocuSign integration. It didn't have the ability to tag signatures for the signer which was crucial for us being able to use the version within the software.

Have to save documents locally and upload them - no option to drag and drop documents in.

I could present it with confidence, knowing that it is a robust, and solid system built on a well trusted partnership and platform.

What you get compared to what the system cost, makes it a great value. It is packed with features.

ContractPodAi is priced well and with the help of our account manager, we are able to execute additional projects such as contract migration and digital signature services.

The ability to search documents for specific verbiage quickly is also extremely helpful.

The artificial intelligence ability offered by ContractPodAi was impacted the purchase decision greatly. The ability to capture important data instantaneously was very important to us.

The software functions exactly as ContractPodAi stated. The implementation contact assigned to us, Priya Patel, was a pleasure to work with.

Additionally, the ability to create contract templates is a great time-saving function.

We also like the functionality of being able to track important dates like auto-renewals, expirations, etc. The dashboard is also a great tool to see what contract needs to followed up on.

Overall, this has been a great system. My team finds it easy to use, with a great user experience.

Frankly, that gave me the confidence that this wasn’t just an AI experiment a few summer students built on a work-term.

Overall the software has been easy to use. We love having the ability to easily search for contracts and have them all in a central location.

It took a lot of drive internally, and the help of a great contract management system. I also liked the whole digital transformation process they bring in.

Along with a great product, you get an amazing Customer Support team. They do not disappear once the contract is signed… they’re in it with you for the long haul, and always accessible.

Having a customer success manager assigned to us to help with training, ongoing support, and even adoption – was just over the top.
