If you type a company name wrong it won't find it.

The template and messaging systems are tricky to get used to.

I love using the floorplan for assigning, vacating, and moving exhibitors all around. It's so easy to move exhibitors and change the pricing all at the touch of a button.

Great step in the right direction to make badge printing better. I loved the automated emails that were sent to attendees prior to the event.

The Addmin side was very difficult to use many tabs you had to go to apply reg type, add transactions, add payment. We had problem with the promo codes not working.

There's not a lot I don't like about the a2z software. In the rare case that I do experience any issue, it's usually due to my own user error.

I used this software for a large scale expo with my company and everything went amazing. The software is so easy to use and the staff is beyond helpful and supportive.

I have worked with other types of software like this, and they can all be a real pain and very confusing. The options they have to add to your registration are incredible.

Finding something to put here is pretty difficult. A very small negative was that when trying to find something very specific I wanted to do, but had a little trouble locating.

My number one ache and pain is the Zapier integration. It is by far the worse experience I have had to date with any Zapier application I have used.

RegFox is easy to learn and I have found the customer service to be amazing. One thing I like is that you can customize your event page more than with Eventbrite (i.e. banner images, etc.).

This could be a fairly large negative for organizations that have large income events as a larger portion will go to the software.

I was particularly impressed with the ease of exporting registration lists, modifying registrations (refunds for specific amounts - fabulous), and setting up the registration form to my preferences.

I have a hundred requests per project and they are both super responsive and super helpful. None of this would be possible without their help.
