Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love that they stay in the Facebook event universe, rather than going to another ticketing app with other ads. I also love how seamless the payment and check-in features are.
- Super easy to use, waitlist functionality works perfectly and the design is really professional. Way better than Eventbrite.
- Great for small businesses. Not too costly which is a great help & makes it easy to promote on our own website.
Cons
- The inability to link social media platforms and lack of scalable fees similar to Sparxo's fees is a struggle.
- Losing data from an expired event ( how much was each ticket).
- Lack of Salesforce integration and integration on other social channels.
Pros
- Well designed graphic interface easy to use its especially good for conferences.
- One of the highlights is its ability to design event web pages in a simple and personalized way.
- I've used Zoho Backstage for several events and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free event coordination experience.
Cons
- My event seemed to have characteristics that limited the expression of its unique style.
- Landing page templates that are available are limited. More options with different types of designs can be made available.
