  • Pros

  • I love that they stay in the Facebook event universe, rather than going to another ticketing app with other ads. I also love how seamless the payment and check-in features are.
  • Super easy to use, waitlist functionality works perfectly and the design is really professional. Way better than Eventbrite.
  • Great for small businesses. Not too costly which is a great help & makes it easy to promote on our own website.
  • Cons

  • The inability to link social media platforms and lack of scalable fees similar to Sparxo's fees is a struggle.
  • Losing data from an expired event ( how much was each ticket).
  • Lack of Salesforce integration and integration on other social channels.

  • One of the highlights is its ability to design event web pages in a simple and personalized way.
  • I've used Zoho Backstage for several events and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free event coordination experience.

  • My event seemed to have characteristics that limited the expression of its unique style.
  • Landing page templates that are available are limited. More options with different types of designs can be made available.
