Pros
- The built in features, and the ability to customize everything, has helped our company to get to a level where we're incredibly efficient and virtually error-free.
- I know people like dealing with customers face to face and this is the product for them.
Cons
- The only one thing I would change is how they order chairs. If they put 10, but need 25, it gets a bit confusing for SOME customers.
- If I had to pick a least it would be the product that goes to the client. A close second would be the lack of follow up and actually the company doing what they say they are going to do.
Pros
- They have made the transition from our previous rental solution to MCS seamless. They work with the utmost professionalism and friendliness and are very approachable if we have any queries.
- Our favourite part of MCS is the efficiency it brings to us as a business. For example, we save at least 10 minutes per contract when it comes to invoicing, as there is no need for manual processes.
Cons
- Can be tricky to navigate some of the profiles and permissions.
- Any small issues that have arisen have been solved “on the fly. Maybe WE will discover some issues in the future, but we have no worries about them being handled promptly on request.
