I know people like dealing with customers face to face and this is the product for them.

From the moment that I decided to look into using InflatableOffice, to even now I would have to say that their customer service is very good.

The only one thing I would change is how they order chairs. If they put 10, but need 25, it gets a bit confusing for SOME customers.

We love that the features were easy to use and that integration with our other business software was seamless.

Software integrates well with merchant accounts so you can take payments online. It’s like having severa employees working for you.

It's only going to get better. Inflatable Office has been our single most important tool in helping to boost profits and increase our customer satisfaction to nearly 100.

I love the fact that after signing up with IO just to see if I liked it, I was immediately contacted by a member of their team and notified that I had a functioning website.

If I had to pick a least it would be the product that goes to the client. A close second would be the lack of follow up and actually the company doing what they say they are going to do.

I will admit im not the most organized person. But i have no worries knowing i got the inflatbaleoffice crew backing me know.

It's also very simple to use. If you need help, you can get your question answered in minutes.

I figured i would be on the back burner compared to paying customers but i deff dont beleive that now. They are awesome with software to match.

Most problems I have  are simply me learning new software.

Software is user friendly and easy to learn but doesn't lack in features to keep inventory or reservations organized.

Today I look numerous times a day and manage my sales staff accordingly. The fact that it plans out my delivery schedule and helps me manage my cost is another amazing benefit.

Other features I liked was I could use my own website or have them custom make me a Word Press site which for SEO it is a better platform.

I would guess we are saving 7-8 hours a week alone on this ONE feature.

It has stopped double bookings, accidental wrong address or phone numbers being wrote down. I have gained more time.

Sales and customer service can quickly and easily enter/modify orders, and have the confidence that everything will go smoothly down the line, knowing that customers will get what they are expecting.

Nice people, they are better at blowing smoke than any Indian Tribe. I have consistently called, emailed, and now through a review asked for something to be done.

I love the customer service the most. Super friendly and always going the extra mile.

The support team is also terrific. They never leave your questions unanswered or unresolved.

Love how easy it is to use. Makes the digital development realm a lot less scary.

We started using this software over 1.5 years ago and I can not say enough positive things about it. The program itself is so easy to use.

I like that when I started my business, this software was available to help me get started. There was a ton to learn about this business and IO helped a lot with that.

It can be intimidating for new users, and a lot of mistakes should be expected early on. I don't think the developers take enough time to understand the unique needs of each of their customers.

It is super user friendly. The support guys are super easy to work with and very helpful.

I've been working with Inflatable Office for over two years now and since the first phone call it has been a pleasure to work with them. The product is great and the customer service is fantastic.

It can take 5-10 seconds for a screen to pop up. When you have a customer on the phone asking for a price and availability, and it takes a couple minutes, that is unacceptable.

Overall I am happy really satisfied with this software. It allows for great integration whit othe apps.

We were considering upgrading to the new software but once again, no referrals to back up your product. And the price for the upgrade is too expensive.

Dishonest and disrespectful customer service, disorganized billing and inconsistent software support.

The colors for inventory availability, within a transaction, do not display properly most of the time and it is really annoying. Availability graphs are not precise enough.

It is hard for an individual without the support of the company to customize reports and information.

Would love to spend time with a power user similar to what we do. So much to learn about this software, discover a lot of useful features all the time.

This software severely under performs from what they promise. I went with the cloud system which is very slow and continually has glitches.

Similarly, we can remove damaged items from our available inventory while they are being repaired.

The versatile searching abilities of the program are great, finding and filtering via the dashboard are extremely helpful.

However, I ignore those functionality aspects because the core program does exactly what my rental business needs it to do.

Visualisations and design of the program make you comfortable to use it. Searching for other CMS development resources easy.

Having looked and researched other rental software solution in the past, I can confidently say that Sirius e does everything the competition does but at a fraction of the price.

If a trusted partnership is important to you, I can recommend Orion to be the rental software vendor you can count on.

Really visual and helpful, as well as fairly easy to use. Transactions and client accounts are easy to manage.

The value for money is incredible, and I do not believe you will find better rental software that can do so much for this price.

We are pleased  about the software, but we are very excited about the potential of the futur developments of Sirus e.

I can say that Sirius-E is at the top of the list for its user friendly interface, easy access to data and convenient integration with other platforms.

Sirius Enterprise is a cloud-based and on-premise equipment rental solution that assists small to large-sized organizations generate quotes, track stock items and manage contracts. Its key features include RFID/barcode scanning, order dispatch, rental cart and inventory management.


The application allows supervisors to control sales orders, record rental information and schedule maintenance. The solution comes with a field service module that lets administrators monitor remote staff activity and organize calendars and time sheets.
