The app has a lot of good features that a service company could take advantage of to streamline their operational tasks.

I don't know what to do yet. I have sent many inquiry and received no reply.

It's been very clean and easy to use overall once you get used to it. And it's Dependable no crashes no glitches no lost information and I feel secure.

Very user friendly and has great features. Adding customers,  contracts and payments with ease.

The estimating function is very clear, crisp looking and easy to use.

No virtual phone number  and sometimes the deposit charges the full amount on the estimate.

There is a few areas I liked most about this software. Customer service is a personal experience with quick and custom tailer help to my specific needs for the software.

The software is fairly easy to use and it contains many features of it's more expensive competitors. The pricing on this software is what makes it extremely attractive.

That all my emails to clients go to spam as I cannot figure out how to link my email directly  to estimates and  follow up emails.

Its professional, it's options are many and for the money you cannot beat it. NOBODY OFFERS SUCH A ROBUST SYSTEM WITHIN AN APP AT THIS PRICE POINT.

There are parts of the dashboard and how you navigate through the system that I find tricky and somethings even unneeded.

I'm simple and also like  it's not time consuming.

It was much improved from app I used before hand and I went from the free version to paying for pro as it unlocked so many more features very well worth it.

The software is easy to learn and to be as new as it is does a very good job keeping al of my clients and their jobs in order.

I read some of the lower ratings and I think they were looking for magic.I have used the competitive products and this is by far the most comprehensive and best product so far.

It’s customer service sales team is a bit pushy invasive.

While their functionality is great, their prices are astronomical for a company getting started. When I first encountered C+, I had to do a double take.

Pretty straight forward interface. Customer support is great.

I love the GUI it is easy to navigate and has a great dashboard. Only thing for me would be a quick link to jobs currently invoiced so I could see some minimum details about it.

Iam so glad that this app finally Is just a button push away from everything you may need in the formal part of my business. Simple and easy to navigate.

The app interface is well laid out and super easy to navigate as long as you have a cell phone signal.

Also they offer help with other areas of my business like finding the best insurance and workers compensation for my industry.

The difficulty and setting up and choosing customers and addresses.

The estimate and invoicing features are most important to my business at the moment. I'm sure as my business grows in the future more of the features will be just as important.

I'm torn between buying the upgraded version or not I just wished I used it nore.

Jotform is very easy to use, design your form, share the link and process the results. The most amazing is to format the answers in PDF.

On two occasions, I have lost hours of work despite saving religiously. I haven't been able to reproduce this so I can't report ti.

Said it would handle the tasks needed. It was easy to sign up and they were great at refunding immediately.

I like that the forms are easy to build and revise. Also, easy access to responses and the ability to download is a lifesaver.

This had me doubt this service. Regarding the software, I would say that the form blocks are a bit confusing for me.

Customer service is great, and it helped me save tons of time on building forms. My client is happy because the design looks great.

The only problem I have with this program is that uploading images into the document for submission is not always smooth.

When I was stuck at work with a database that was just terrible, I instead got jotform.

JotForm is easy to use and  has a beautiful dashboard to help  you track your form's performance.

I do not remember having anything I disliked about this software.

This is a generally good and sometimes great form building software.

We had an issue with tracking Facebook conversions with JotForm, but I cannot think of any other dislikes.

Very good product, very interesting for a non-profit organization like ours. Easy to use, most of the problems are solved by helpdesk.

Found it to be quite fast to use and reliable. Not sure it's the best solution in market but was easy enough for the couple projects I used Jotform for.

I am very happy with the few forms we have gotten to share with our parish or parishioners.

They also allow it's users to upload their own company logos which is super nice.

What I really liked the most about JotForm was how easy it was to build a form. The interface was user friendly.

What I like most about this software is that it is easy and fast to create a very attractive looking form.

Using it since the very early days, and I ve seen how it grew over the years. Multifunctional, great customer service, ability to code yourself if needed (and they provide help with that).

It can integrate in many other platforms like WordPress. One of the best part of JotForm is it allow me to completely customized the form according to my theme.

I think that JotForm is a cost effective way to integrate easy signup into our website.
