The ability to upload the route using excel

The fact that I have to keep an email open with all of the stops listed keeps me from knowing when other emails are delivered.

Options for optimization based on my needs

The downside – by far – is that it is not available on mobile except for Garmin. It is not available to Google maps, and that is a concern for me in the long run. I went with this option with the understanding that a mobile app to google maps was in development.Editing the route – my routes have at least 80 stops – is sometimes more hassle that in should be.Also, nothing possible until I select an origin and destination, which sometimes is hard to know initially.

I have reached out for support in the past on no one ever responded. I use it because of price, when I have time I will seek out a better option.

The price and ease of use. That is all I like .

There are no additional options. You can’t capture the route you want you have to delete addresses that don’t fit. You have to type in your destination and beginning every time. It saves nothing. It would be much better if I could put all of my work in a map and then capture the route that I want and then leave the rest of them in there, most other software‘s offer that.

I use the route optimization function mainly. And it does what I need. Every once in awhile it doesn’t get the address correct, but I’m not sure whose fault that is. I think it works a bit better in the desktop by asking you to verify certain addresses but on the phone I don’t recall seeing that y

I like the route optimization and the fact that I can import a list.

Editing is a bit clunky. I’d like to be able to duplicate a route and edit that route. Plus I’ve noticed that certain cut and paste that was available as well as auto text that I’ve been accustomed to are no longer available. I got use to it remembering my email and allowing me to cut and paste with apples continuation, but recently it stopped allowing that. I got the cut and paste but why do I have to type my email everyday when I want to send my route to an email. I used to use it for extremely large routes 20+ stops, but now my use is for less than 15 per day. And mostly just 3-5 days per week. Makes me wonder if I should look for a cheaper option. I wish I could do multiple deletes like maybe w a check mark next to all the ones I want deleted or maybe even copy to a new route. Some days I’m continuing the previous days route. It’d b nice to easily delete the ones I’ve already done.and still keep the original route!

Ever since I got turned onto this program back when I was doing hurricane work in Houston, my work-life became so much simpler. This program as expedited my entire routine prior to hitting the road.

Quite accurate locating properties, easy to use, and fast.

Not taking entire address numbers from Excel and incorporating them into Drivetracker list. No stored HOME ADDRESS

routing has become less of a chore, easy directions for the field crews and ability to upload and recognition of the address most of the time is the main reasons we enjoy this software.

The reason we chose Drivetracker is the easy integration from our current systems to create a real route that optimizes pretty accurately. If changes are needed, that can be done easy as well to create the best possible way.

Im not sure at this time. I need to use it more as time goes along but so far, it meets our needs.

I really like job tracker. However I’m having a problem lately to directly print. I’m having to email it to myself and print from there.

It takes care of a lot of the back and fourth of routes.

I wish there was a real time app that I could color code all of my jobs differently so if I happen to be near a job that was not on my list for that day I could zip over there and complete it before it was due.

Does a good job of routing multiply stops

Wish there was a Home button so I didn’t have to type that in every day. Doesn’t always get the route right and have to reroute it

Overall very pleased with the program, would like the ability to email a route to inspector and they be able to use for there daily route through a link in there email

I most like the ability to down load locations from an excel spreadsheet

The product is easy to use. I end up using it with Google maps.

I have nothing to add. The product is working great for me. I export the GPX file.

Accuracy. I like the fact that I can choose mileage tabs and know the distances between stops.

Very easy to get basics and start using the program.

Relocating a pin to a correct location when it either won't map or mis maps is a bit cumbersome and confusing.

Works very well for me I don’t have any problems at all
