Dynamics 365  is a great app provided by Microsoft to run your business. Being a part of the Microsoft is a huge advantage as it becomes more integrated to other MS Office programs.

It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.

It is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, neet and clean.

It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

I really like this integration of Microsoft and the way it is set up to help expand on project and business management.

Great for our sales department to track leads. The best part that will help with my job, fewer spreadsheets to use.

It turns some people off to products when they have to wait for a live agent, and even worse- that's the only option. I didn't make this a priority simply because I'm not in the category.

Hence it is the useful software for the good customer reporting.

Dynamics has been a great addition. Our sales team has learn to make small customization and our Finance teams love how powerful it is.

It just was a poor design of software it should have been a step by step tutorial but if wasn't it was jus ban there you go.

I also tried one of the best introduced versions Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps which is amazing. What I like the most is that it is very easy to use and it gives more value to my money.

They were super-helpful in the setup process, but it does take time and effort. So I wouldn't say it is hard to use or setup, I would just say those things take some time.

Fantastic support throughout the journey. I like that there the modules are interconnected and that the date flows easily.

The forms are really hard to understand and navigate.

They built a solution in a very timely manner and created forms and workflows which are easy to use for the teams on the ground and effective in capturing the required information.

After syncing jobs from desktop to mobile, the app would crash (tested over several days).

I like best about this software is the ability to tailor it to your own operations from pre planning, accountability, visibility and client delivery.
