Dynamics 365  is a great app provided by Microsoft to run your business. Being a part of the Microsoft is a huge advantage as it becomes more integrated to other MS Office programs.

It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.

It is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, neet and clean.

It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

I really like this integration of Microsoft and the way it is set up to help expand on project and business management.

Great for our sales department to track leads. The best part that will help with my job, fewer spreadsheets to use.

For my role, Dynamics provides excellent task/case/customer management features allowing me to resolve customer issues quickly and provide better overall service.

The support team is very prompt and helpful, with their help you can use Dynamics to the best of it capabilities.

Honestly the cost is considered acceptable, the level of help and support is very good, Microsoft is more and more surprising for a better future.

It turns some people off to products when they have to wait for a live agent, and even worse- that's the only option. I didn't make this a priority simply because I'm not in the category.

Hence it is the useful software for the good customer reporting.

Dynamics has been a great addition. Our sales team has learn to make small customization and our Finance teams love how powerful it is.

It just was a poor design of software it should have been a step by step tutorial but if wasn't it was jus ban there you go.

A necessary evil that I'd rather not deal with, but I have no choice but to do so.

I also tried one of the best introduced versions Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps which is amazing. What I like the most is that it is very easy to use and it gives more value to my money.

Dynamics 365 is the perfect combination of a world class ERP and CRM. The customer and lead management is outstanding with countless options to simplify daily tasks for users.

The product is very useful, compact and easy to use as the software and navigation too. Strenghts: gps with sim and wi-fi and possibility to control and modify in remote the tracker.

Sometimes it is difficult. Some setups can be done double and will work against eachother.

The customer service and the device itself is very very good but i would love to see how the portal changes and improves.

The cost of membership fee is a big con, in addition sometimes we still have loggers not sending data or failing half way.

So far, we have had a great experience with Tive. My customers really like the product.

Solid support for difficult times in ocean freight.

The setup of trackers can be a bit hard to do for those who have not used it before.

The platform is straight forward, easy to access and see your devices. The map feature is great to quickly selected specific devices and their locations.

The ease of the portal and the ability to check on the device at all times 24/7.

If Tive saves us from losing just one package a quarter they pay for themselves. So far we have multiple examples of situations where the trackers have been able to recover a lost package.

Great customer support team to deal with but the issues above made the loggers unworkable.

This is a helpful tool to monitor and maintain the safety of the products we dispatch, especially thanks to gps and light detector.

The connection that it has to the portal is very good. This is so important to us because a connection gap means that is time we will not know if there is a temperature excursion.

My overall experience with Tive has been great. Especially with the customer service team.

Online interactive feature of the logger was great. Heaps to reports to generate against a wide range of features e.g temp / humidity etc.

I have found the support people to be very helpful. They are easy to get a hold of and eager to help.

The loggers did not last beyond the Singapore transhipment which was very disappointing considering our customer QA team needed a temperature log to clear the cargo for sale at their shops.

It is easy to follow  easy to set up reporting easy to pull.

Can be finicky if you don't place near the tail of the trailer with nothing around the device. If there is any interference the signal is weak and does not track well.

I was able to launch the tracking straight away, as soon as i have received the device; it is really intuitive.

Whenever we have needed to troubleshoot an issue, the Tive staff has been very responsive and helpful.

Compared to other Companies, Tives Software and Hardware are easy to learn and use, All the information you'll ever need is right on there website and its all for an affordable price.

I haven't expected any serious difficulties so far.

The better connection is the better we are able to predict the shipments thermal life. The Portal's UI is very minimalistic  which can be really nice.

We have had a great relationship with Tive. We have collaborated on a custom interface between SalesForce and the Tive system, making our daily updates much easier.
