M very happy with dotloop  overall. I wish it were a little more user friendly for cellphones but other than that it works great.

You can appreciate the ease and simplicity of the software.

Dotloop is so much cleaner in terms of appearance- more modern, super easy to use and overall fantastic.

Dotloop has been the best transactional desk software that I have used in my real estate career. The integrations between sales documents, e-signings, company files, and contacts is top notch.

Overall its a great tool to use, it has help me keep my work organized and found a good flow of tasks.

I like the cost - so much cheaper than the software we were using.

Its user-friendly interface, electronic signature capabilities, and integration with industry tools make it a valuable asset for agents and brokers.

You can adjust the specific order of your documents so that the most important ones are at the very top. Clients find it easy to use, they can electronically sign documents right from their phone.

My only complaint is they are no longer working with Keller Williams after this month. I'm going to miss having access to it and have even considered paying for it personally.

Everyone in my company is leaving DotLoop because of the conflict of interest and the way Zillow has stabbed us in the back as agents.

The software is friendly, easy to use, saves  time and money.

I love the things you can customize. I love that you don't let me delete things.

The only bad experience, or what I would suggest looking into, is how a couple has to use two different emails.

The customer service is amazing and when our company first got started on it they were there helping every agent quickly.

Dotloop takes the worry out of getting documents signed.

It is pretty easy to learn and ultimately to use. Very responsive customer support as well.

I feel that dotloop is a very user friendly interface and good for any new agent to conduct paperless real estate transactions.

Saving features can be confusing. Adding additional signatures can be confusing.

Terrible service getting help, induced into terms and conditions that were dead links, overbilled.

The versatility, I can use it from my laptop, tablet or phone and its user friendly and its great when you need to integrate everyone in the deal. Love and recommend it to all.

In my opinion, there are no aspects regarding this product that are negative.

The cost/benefit is spot on. Affordable and easy to use.

All security concerns we had are satisfied by the solution and it also helps not having to maintain the infrastructure.

Tech support is weak and incompetent. They respond non-regularly, with delays and zero useful information.

The FileCloud Drive software has had issues. Setting up authentication and importing users is a pain.

I like that FileCloud is secure and very easy to use.

Integration over an existing file management system is easy, and the growth that we can provide a customer to extend access to their file system outside their office is exciting.

My overall experience with FileCloud has been wonderful.

Ressource consumption (Hardware) and sometimes updating make some problems.

After a number of trials of competing products, FileCloud stood out as the best Active Directory integrated file sharing platform available.

Easy to use, intuitive, and scales very easily. The solution is quite affordable, while user adoption has been high.

I'm a General Contractor, it works great for housing our plans and specifications for bidding projects, it's easy to create a link to add to our RFP and you control how long that link is good.

The change between limited and guest accounts in how they access data. It was a little confusing.

I'm struggling to think of things here, I'll come back and change this if I think of any.

Also the clean user experience and the number of features makes a very robust solution.

Super easy to learn and use quickly. Everyone on the team was up and running without a hiccup.

Customer service is great. They have a very quick response and have fixed any issues and answered all of our questions.

Sync software is dreadful, hogs CPU & bandwidth and uses an outdated file - delete - copy mechanism from the 90s.

The community version is limited in a lot of customization options, that when you think about it, sounds as overkill from their part.

It's worked out VERY well for the last year, and we renewed for another year. Performance of the VM is great, and with as much storage as we feel like allocating is available at NO additional cost.

The online tools make this so much more powerful than what we were using before (DropBox). Loved all the reporting and ability to really tighten all the permissions to a very granular level.

It was pretty easy to get up and running and their support staff is always quick to respond with any questions that I have.

Also, you can integrate this software with different apps, so your work process, which can improve your work process drastically.
