Pros
- I love that I can store and organize files from all of Google's suite of services. I love that it backs up to my physical computer.
- The personal data and all the files are safe now because google drive is the best platform. I am very happy to have it.
Cons
- Also, sometimes when I uploaded files from my phone it took forever to upload and it stopped, giving me errors. This was a while ago, but it happened for almost 3 months and it was quite annoying.
- It can sometimes be a little confusing to organize and the kids I work with have trouble loading documents to it from chrome-books.
Pros
- We appreciate how it flows and accomplishes so much with ease. There is definitely a learning curve, but that is common with any seriously good software.
- Also a massive plus has been the extremely responsive tech support team, which we did not anticipate. Most querys are solved with a quick in-app chat.
Cons
- I find it difficult to create a report that would rank my client's from largest to smallest for billings or collections, which to me, would seem to be a basic of this type of software.
- Current support for Mango Billing is horrible. It took support 4 months to get back to us about an import error that we experienced at the beginning of tax season.
