Unless you bookmark the exact link to the remote management page, it is very difficult to find on the main website.

But that's the trick to get you to upgrade. The most basic function won't work on roaming systems unless you are paying for the highest edition.

Agent distribution is easy, but sometimes is difficult to understand what is not working and how to perform troubleshooting.

There is some delay in establishing the connection, and sometimes the connection is dropped.

It's secure and we can send/receive documents. We can also add devices to our favorites and stop/resume and transition between different sessions without any issues.

It is easy to use if you work in a web-enviroment daily. Would prefer an app instead.

In addition, it provides a secure connection that ensures that data is kept safe and that the user's privacy is respected.

The functionality is good for a web-based front-end tool, and I like the multi-monitor support.

Been using this remote access plus for like 30min and love it its so cheap costs be around £7 to manage 15 of my clients computers.

It's the perfect tool for supporting your end users.

Literally used the free trial for 30min and then signed up for the pro subscription. Its so easy to use beets the pants of teamviwer.

There is no need for configuration on the client end. I also like that approval is required before a computer becomes part of the list.

The application has dramatically improved our organization and IT support of tablet devices across our company.

I was drawn to the product due to the trial and price and impressed by the extent of the features.

It is very easy to use when assisting users. Can easily install and shows up in the Management console instantly.

I use a Mac and for now there is no desktop app for this yet, so I sign into the portal online to use it.

Overall great hands on customer service and product works very nicely.

This way, the readers/recipients also feel secure enough on what content they might be opening, and I believe that helps to build the trust.

The support team is very responsive, and are active on their facebook group and the chat on their website, and dont shy away jumping onto a video call to explain and help you set up their product.

I think this is first in the market. I am unsure if there is an alternative thou.

For example, they are building a feature where you can attach and send big files (1Gb+) directly from your email client while keeping the files protected.

Integration: It's quite easy to integrate with Google Mail and Outlook. You just need to authenticate those apps, and you are done.

The product is surprisingly easy to use. I feel very secure about having saved passwords on my computer, no need to mention that that saves me time daily and helps me with password that I rearly use.

With a zero trust solution, you can rest assured that your data is safe and secure. Sensitive mail protection is important and this product exactly does that.

I love how secure this software is not to mention it is hipaa certified. I feel safe sending confidential documents.

I am not usually great with technology, but this was straight forward and easy to understand. I felt that I always had support in case I had any questions as well.

No desktop app for file encryption on a Mac either.

The ease of implementation and the generous offer makes it a powerful tool. The team behind it did a great job and they offer great support.

Loved using this tool, hoping for many other functions like the self-destruction function.

Easily add mail and file security integrated with Outlook and Gmail.

The caveat is the lack of integration with Mac at this point. No native Mac email client integration.

I just love this software because it just works. Composing of secure emails, email encryption, sending encrypted emails to your intended recipients can all be done effortlessly.

If you need any help, the support is responsive and prompt. I also like the direction where the development is heading towards.
