  • Lightweight agent that allows you to connect to machines connected to the internet. Nice Graphical Interface to see machines online and connect remotely.
  • Perfect solution for troubleshooting any desktop computer remotely.
  • Cons

  • Its needed offline through lan not wided area atlease.
  • User error: Remote access software requires users to have the appropriate technical knowledge and skills to operate it effectively, and user error can result in data loss or other issues.

  • This way, the readers/recipients also feel secure enough on what content they might be opening, and I believe that helps to build the trust.
  • Cons

  • I use a Mac and for now there is no desktop app for this yet, so I sign into the portal online to use it.
  • No desktop app for file encryption on a Mac either.
