It handled email, scheduling working together on documents and looking at bids enough that I never felt like I needed something else.. Excel and SharePoint were important for looking at and making sure the bids and estimates from all four areas were correct. Teams helped me talk with project managers on jobs without always having to leave messages. OneDrive and SharePoint made it easy to pass papers from office staff to field techs. #### Cons The settings for permissions and sharing on SharePoint sites became hard to manage once there were multiple teams. Like AV, security, cabling and admin. Who needed different levels of access to the same folders for each job. It took a lot of work to keep things in order. Sometimes OneDrive had sync problems that made version issues happen on shared estimate spreadsheets. That was annoying when many people were working on bid documents at the time. What I like most is having everything in one place whether it is email, file storage, document creation, and/or collaboration tools. The integration between Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint helps keep work organized and makes document management much more efficient. It also does a good job handling images and videos through cloud storage and syncing. There is a bit of a learning curve because of how many features are available. That said, customer support and online resources are pretty helpful when issues come up. Between Excel, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, and now Copilot, it’s essentially our full operating system as a construction company. If it’s not set up properly, things can get disorganized quickly. Licensing can also add up as you scale, especially when you start layering in premium tools. It includes multiple apps like word, outlook, excel, power point and one drive. Everything is covered in just one subscription and i love all the features it provides. This applications are great for students as it has high storage capacity and features. Microsoft 365 is very easy to use, cheap and not much use of customer support. #### Cons I have to login multiple times in day in Microsoft 365 which is little frustrating.
