I am an Internal Auditor and I use Excel and Word daily. Microsoft 365 allows me to share documents and files with others and we can track changes for easy collaboration. My company also uses Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, which allows for easy communication by email and instant message and easy file sharing and storage. #### Cons Meetings set up in Outlook are supposed to default to being Teams meetings. However, there has been a glitch a couple of times lately where I am unable to set up Teams meetings directly from Outlook. Having all of the programs that I use on a daily basis (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), integrated into one package that I can access and update through one administrator section is so easy to use. MS also has one of thee best customer support services I have ever experienced. You submit a ticket and within minutes you have some responding to your inquiry or calling you. The representatives spend whatever time is needed to get you the answer you need and will follow up repeatedly to ensure your issue has been fully resolved. Shockingly good customer service for such a large company. Also, the value you get for your money is unparalleled. The cost is minimal to get so many programs all in one account. #### Cons If I had one complaint it would be the somewhat difficulty of deleting an account. Sometimes I have turnover in my company and I have to delete and start employee email accounts. I wish there was an easier way to complete the deleting process and that once you delete a user, its deleted. But you actually have to delete the license as well, but sometimes its an annual subscription so you can't delete it without assistance. If it’s not set up properly, things can get disorganized quickly. Licensing can also add up as you scale, especially when you start layering in premium tools. The platform is used to manage our day to day activities from attendance to parent contact. Teachers can easily access lesson plans from home using OneDrive. Teams came into existence during the time of remote learning as teachers can share worksheets, videos, etc. with students. The admin center makes it easy for me to administer new hires. Time is saved in the creation of newsletters with Integration between Word and PowerPoint. #### Cons With all of the student project videos, storage is really a problem. There are instances when email attachments do not get synced well between devices. The program package allows me do everything from book keeping to daily office notes and all my professional correspondence. I have been appreciative that 365 has kept the same look and interface for the most part over the years to make the transition towards upgrades and modernization easy for those that grew up on Office. From the initial versions of office to the current vehicle of 365. I have found it is a one stop program for all my office needs. I use Word for my documents and patient notes, Excel for my book keeping and tax documents and love the capabilities of PowerPoint for my health lectures. As times have changed, options like google docs have provided alternatives, but I find Microsoft 365 has always been a more reliable product. The file extensions never provide an issue with communications of my healthcare vendors.The compatibility features seem to flawlessly correct issues while file sharing with others using older versions of the programs. Maybe I'm a creature of habit or its Microsoft 365's superiority, but I haven't seen an all in one office product that would steer me in another direction. #### Cons I love the product's reliability and capabilities without complaint. If I had to nitpick and look for a flaw, I would say the change in the subscription. The old days of Office you would by the product and have your license key. Computer upgrades, operating system changes etc would allow you to install the product for years. The current subscription is yearly, so its costing you on an annual basis compared to the Microsoft Office days of yesterday. For me, it was very easy to use and easy to manage. My emails were easy to manage and so are documents easy to manage. I use 365 for various things, one of the many is File Sharing. Being able to share documents swiftly is one of the biggest factors for Microsoft. I also believe for its value, it is a great package. #### Cons What I like least about Microsoft 365 is the spam filtering, for me it has not been well and I get quite a few of spam emails.
