Pros
I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.
I liked the ease of use, the interactivity, and the great features that it has, even in the free version.
Cons
Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.
Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.

I also love the fact that you can use WeTransfer even if you don't have a paid account. There are more features accessible to you if you do but I love the inclusivity of the application.
What I love is that I can transfer files without making an account if it's something that just needs to be sent super quick. It's also super user friendly for whoever gets the files.
Cons
I was embarrassed by some of the content that a client was shown whom I had suggested WeTransfer to, and they stopped using it after one use because of it.
It may crash every now and then and when the connection is lost, sometimes you might need to restart the transfer.
