  • Pros

  • Lightspeed deployment was straighforward and supported the cariety of devices on our network. The filter is reliable and performance is very good.
  • I love how the software continues to have features and security added with each update.
  • Cons

  • When I try to run a report for a user that is getting blocked from something it lags way behind and the customer is waiting too long to get a URL unblocked because I can't see the block occuring.
  • Most of the pains we experienced earlier have been addressed in newer versions.

  • You can do everything through a web interface and licensing and backup are a breeze when you take advantage of mysonicwall.com.
  • We use the sonicwall applicate in a small office and for the price and features we are quite happy with it.

  • We had to pay additional amount to enable the reporting and that was a bit of a set-back.
