Lightspeed allows easy integration with our digital catalog and gives most teachers user level control of their student's digital experience.

We have found that we enjoy the product. It is very intuitive and we find that we now have greater control and visibility over what our users are doing online.

When I try to run a report for a user that is getting blocked from something it lags way behind and the customer is waiting too long to get a URL unblocked because I can't see the block occuring.

Most of the pains we experienced earlier have been addressed in newer versions.

Having the ability to do this by grade levels has been useful as elementary need stricter guidelines than the upper grades.

Sometimes the filter is TOO restricted and must add to a list to allow access.

Lightspeed deployment was straighforward and supported the cariety of devices on our network. The filter is reliable and performance is very good.

The most useful features of Relay that I use every day are the reports that I have automatically sent to my inbox every morning.

The support is exceptional for this company. It's chat based but they are extremely responsive and are able to assist remotely for quick fixes if issues arise.

No YouTube category filtering for iOS. Relies on the Relay app to be installed (we've had to prevent users from uninstalling apps).

It is hard to implement various syncing tools at the same time.

Everything about this software is wonderful. Ease of use, data collection, reporting, etc. I have used several types of filtering software in my career and this is the best by far.

The ease of pushing the Relay extension to our chromebooks has been the biggest benefit.

Most of the problems I deal with are allowing access to websites or blocking. Also, white listing sites to allow programs to function correctly.

The Safety Alerts for at risk searches and online behavior has been very helpful. It is nice that it integrates with the Google Administration Suite.

Used it for a year, before that used Kerio Control, after many problems and failures went back to Kerio.

Bought 2 XG 210 appliances for HA, had to replace them on warranty 3 times, it was done without issues. Antivirus and overall filtering is good.

After your ticket generation they will call you 10 to 12 days later for your query or solution. I am totally unsatisfied from the services.

I feel pretty confident in its ability to keep the network secure. Ours is connected to the Sophos UTM and Endpoint Protection software, and I do really like how they are able to talk to each other.

Have Sophos XG and fount it esay of use, very robust in user management, aplication and web filtering, the logs system also work very good.

Sohpos have a very bad customer service. When you will on the toll-free number that is only for ticket generation they will not provide support.

It is an easy product to have, excellent integration with other Sophos products' metrics.

The product line has been winning many awards this past year.

Functionality is not good everything is not working unfunctional.

I know having a firewall is important to protect a business from the outside. These work well and while you do need a subscription they don't turn into useless bricks if it expires.

If you want to set or create a rule, the assistant provides ease of use to the user and more stable rule creation is provided.

Its an easy to use firewall with excellent support. If you have used Cyberoam before then you will this product similar to use.

Used it on versions 15 and 16, each update broke something, even minor ones.

The GUI is very user friendly and you can easily navigate through basic features without any training or tutorial. The software updates are regular and easy to deploy.

The only drawback  is lack of local support in different countries and lack of training material and training centers available to users.

The XG Firewall has a highly graphical user interface which is user friendly. The XG Firewall can be used with other firewalls as the first firewall.

When you require support they only generate ticket that time they cant provided the support.
