We most recently purchased the Compete program from Jonas. It's a program that is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate.

Gym management made easy means extra time to focus on customers and hence a rise in gym memberships were recorded over the year.

The reports with all the stats can sometimes be difficult to download and the information does not always update.

A basic software that was great in the early 2000's. When they upgraded it wasn't as user friendly.

Poor layout, slow software, terrible customer service, high fees, limited functionality. I've seen several softwares when purchasing clubs and I would never use this one.

All Gym management issues gets solved easily with compete and hence all focus can be on coaching and training of customers.

The appointment functions are confusing to use. Some of the fonts are difficult to see if you are showing  a prospect.

Their team really seems to care about the client. I'm pretty sure that our trainer knew more about and understood our business better by the time we launched than some of our employees.

My only regret is that we did not make the move to Jonas sooner.

They continue to support and help us between the technical support always offering quick resolution, on-going help from our trainer to the visits from our Customer Success Representative.

I like the easy of member check ins. My front desk people seem to find it easy to use.

Everything is easily found and the functionality was good. Also, the customer service was the best thing, they have an on-call rep at all times which turns out to be helpful.

The API allows us to connect with 3rd Party vendors to enhance the experience.

Also the preface is very user friendly. I have employees ranging from 18-70 years old and they are all able to use it without a hitch.

We were very happy with i4 - unfortunately we moved over to compete.

They charge ridiculous exit fees for your own data and their contracts auto renew for year terms so be careful.

Jonas is the best of the three we have tried. On items they are able to address they do so quickly.

Tracking classes and enrollments is easy with Compete. Staff for the most part are friendly and helpful.

It is user friendly and I appreciate the video tutorials in the help section.

The website is easy to navigate. I really like the newer calendar link that is available no matter what screen you're in to click on.

I love the functionality to tie registration through our website resulting in a seamless user interface that is not only easy to use, but also family friendly.

It can be very difficult to maneuver and figure out exactly how the system should be set up for proper use.

Web registration should calculate and post fees correctly. Lots of manual work is required, leading to user errors.

The customer service is the best I've seen in that they respond to inquiries swiftly with answers or suggestions to my situation.

Scheduling is great and keeping track of all absences and makeups is very easy.

Easy to use interface for Managers and Families.

We don't really have any complaints. Some reporting aspects are not as detailed as we would like but there is usually a way to figure out a way to get what we need.

You can almost do everything you need with in the software. They keep adding more and more integrations so eventually it will all be in one place and I love it.

The website loads faster, even when on slow data connections or mobile devices. The canned reports are good and the ability to create and save favorites is helpful.

Jackrabbit has so many features that our swim school needs. It's mostly easy to use after you get used to it and they have great customer service.

The software is easy to use. And the YouTube tutorials are helpful.

The ease of use has to be the number one reason we like it best. Followed closely by the quick response from support when we can't figure something out or have ideas for improvement.

It is easy to navigate and always improving. They are constantly listening to users to better the software and help you find the best way to use it with your company.

I first loved the ease of set up for our business. I was able to set up registration and approximately 100 classes in a matter of hours.

We have been using it for a few years now and I think it has really helped the business suceed. Customer service is great and usually responds fairly quickly to our questions and concerns.

So much you can do and so much great help to do it.

It needs to have a pre-requisite ladder to prevent parents from registering for the wrong level. It tends to be an expensive program compared to competitors for those of us with high student loads.

We have multiple classes at the same time with the same level. This makes it hard when we charge for tuition.

I dont know what I would dislike. They even have a Facebook group.

We were excited to implement Jackrabbits new policy agreements, we have been able utilize and integrate different agreements for our individualized programs.
