"LOVE the tracking and location on it, as I am the owner of a snow clearing company and we use it to show customers who are away that their property is being cleared. "

"The route optimization between neighboring locations is not very accurate, which creates extra work on my end. When I’m managing dense delivery routes with many stops close together, the system often sequences them out of order or sends drivers back and forth across the same areas."

"Automatic routes planning (more then 1 days) gets messy - most of the time when there a lot of orders and there is 2 orders in one place just different working time it just skips job that takes more time."

"It also lacks basic endpoints like bulk order retrieval by date, making custom integrations a hassle."
